The shortest way to Mexico leads through the Chełmińskie Lake District. Here, on the smallest peninsula in Poland, right on the shore of the lake, a house with interiors inspired by Mexican climates was built. We arranged it in a boho style and equipped it with a swimming pool with warm water to make you feel like on an exotic holiday at any time of the year. We dedicate the 150-meter space to two families or a group of 8 friends who want to take an azimuth for complete relaxation. The area remembers the valiant Prussians led by Skumand, the Tartars and the Teutonic-Polish wars. Now it mostly consists of fields, meadows and lakes where you can swim, fish and row as much as you can. Here the Lusatian culture developed, nature was respected and the land was cultivated, for which the love of the inhabitants has remained to this day.

In the glass conservatory, on the terrace, in the swimming pool, on the swing in the living room, on the beach, on the lake - we have the conditions to relax in many places and in every position - on the stomach, on the back, on the water, with a fishing rod and an oar in hand. Do you dream of freckles on your nose, total relaxation of the head and a warm body? Come on in, we're looking forward to seeing you!

On the very shore of Lake Chełmżyńskie, we have a year-round house for you, inspired by travels to Mexico and the boho style. In the 150-meter interior, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a view of the blue water surface and terraces. The third bedroom is dedicated to 4 people, it has two single beds and a sofa bed. We can also put a travel cot in each space. We have created our house with two families or a group of friends in mind. It can accommodate 8 people in comfortable conditions.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and atmospheric living room with a large sofa, a swing and a fireplace. Next to it is a dining room with a fold-out table for eight and a well-equipped kitchenette. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath and shower, on the ground floor there is a toilet.

The charms of the villa include:
– a glass conservatory with a heated swimming pool,
– terrace with a seating set and a view of the lake,
– stone finish combined with babus and juicy greenery.

We have a SPA zone for you with tested relaxing activities (it's heavenly!), In it you will find:
– a sauna overlooking the lake,
– tub,
– splash zone for cooling down by the tub,
– the possibility of jumping into the lake right after! S-extremely exciting, right?

The plot on which Boho Villa was built has 3000 m². In the vicinity of the house there is our second house - Glamp Villa, and space-looking spheres, i.e. 5 of our spherical tents, grow out of the grass above the lake.

The bright and spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal. In the dining room there is an extendable table for 8 people, so that then the delicacies are together and enjoy your own company. For the youngest we have high chairs.

During the season and on weekends you have the option of ordering breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts come in 4 versions:
– with scrambled eggs and bread, cold cuts, cheese, butter, homemade jam, local honey and seasonal vegetables from the garden – tomato or cucumber,
– toast with homemade guacamole from fresh avocado and bread, cold cuts, cheese, butter, homemade jam, local honey and seasonal vegetables from the garden – tomato or cucumber,
– fit version with oatmeal with nuts and fruit,
– dedicated to children – pancakes with cottage cheese and fruit.
Please choose the option the day before, breakfast is delivered to your door from 8:30 to 10:00.

At your disposal is a specially designated place for grilling and a place for a bonfire with prepared sticks for sausages (briquette and sausages on your own).

First of all, and most importantly: you can, and even should, have a good rest with us. Stretch out on the grass, rest on a lounger or snuggle up on a blanket and slow down. You can dip your body in the heated swimming pool, settle down on the terrace after swimming and let your thoughts wander at will. However, if your sides hurt from lying down, you can take our bikes and ride the surrounding bicycle routes. However, if you prefer to paddle, take kayaks (please book them in advance) and sail towards the sunset on the lake.

We have a private beach that encourages sunbathing, with deckchairs and a swing, and clean Lake Chełmżyńskie for swimming and fishing (from the pier or from the boat). We have a place for a bonfire and grill, so you can spend your evenings in a truly camping style. We also have a SPA area with a tub and sauna. If you gather a team, you can play many fierce matches on the volleyball court.

For the active, we recommend our favorite cycling and running route leading through the picturesque surroundings to the center of neighboring Chełmża. The route stretches along the lake, then through a park, a bridge on the lake, up to Chełmżyńskie Boulevards and Przystań Włókniarza - a local canoeing club. In Chełmża, halfway, you can relax with the kids on the playground or go to the Market Square and taste ice cream at the Jarząb bakery.

For those with endurance, we recommend the bicycle route around Chełmżyńskie Lake (26 km long). In the middle of the road, you can stop at a small shop in Zalesie, replenish fluids, eat chips or ice cream (payment only in cash).

Inside there are board games and books for children and adults.

There's nothing more reliable than... A SWIMMING POOL!!! No matter what the weather throws at you, our pool never disappoints! The water is warm year-round. And our youngest guests delight us with their incredible, natural "WOW" factor.

Small, middle-aged, and teenage guests feel incredibly at home here! Our little ones love to occupy the plastic beach house and enjoy the water slide. Sand toys and the entire beach are available for building castles with moats and playing sand candy. Ducks also visit our beach and offer seeds. A playground is located next to our beach. Note: there's no lifeguard on our beach, so keep an eye on the little ones.

We've left board games (including bao-boo and chess), coloring books, crayons, and books for the kids. Neither rain nor cold means boredom here!

Older children can play volleyball, ride bikes, and swim in the lake. To ensure safe kayaking trips, we provide life jackets for both adults and children. Children enjoy soaking in the hot tub, using the nearby Splash Zone, and swimming in the pool. And in the evenings, they experience the atmosphere of Scout camp while roasting sausages over a bonfire.

Our little guests are very important to us, so we've equipped the kitchen with a Toddler Kit with plastic plates, bowls, and cups in mind. We also have highchairs and travel cots with bedding and an extra towel. If you need anything, please let us know before your arrival.

From the Boho Villa, you can work. Specifically, from the dining room overlooking the lake, where you can create a work station at a large table. You can also click away from the swing or terrace, and use your breaks to dive into the pool. There's nothing more enjoyable than relaxing in a warm-water pool any time of year!
