From the bee's perspective, the area looks like this:
- a house over a hundred years old with a sunny terrace,
- an old orchard,
- a private forest,
- a place for a bonfire, hammocks and swings,

- bee houses in the shade of trees.

If a bee were to look into the cottage, it would find a retro living room, a kitchen with a tiled stove and a dining room with a fireplace, a modern bathroom, and on the first floor two bedrooms and a study with a sofa bed.

So pack your bags and drop by the cottage! From here you can set off to the castle in Niedzica and conquer not one but the Three Crowns. In the summer, row across Lake Czorsztyn, and from Polana Głębokie admire such a view of the Tatras that your jaw will drop and your knees will bend involuntarily. You can visit streams, sheep in the pastures and shepherds' huts with oscypek cheese. In autumn, it eavesdrops on spectacular rutting grounds, and in winter, it crawls through snow up to its armpits. In an old (over a hundred years old) wooden cottage with a wood-burning fireplace. The house is fully comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, the heart of which is a traditional brick oven. The bathroom is not old, however, it is completely new and warm. The fast wifi is also quite modern.

The house is surrounded by a garden with an old orchard, a flower meadow and a private forest. There is also a place for a bonfire and barbecue. The plot is fenced and has a parking space.

On the ground floor of the house there is:

- living room with a fireplace with a double sofa bed,
On the first floor:
- study with a double sofa bed,
- separate bedroom with a double double bed,

There are numerous paths and walking routes in the area. For cyclists, the Velo Małopolska cycling route. And in Nowy Targ and Szaflary, cross-country skiing routes. You will find a ski slope in Czorsztyn and Kluszkowce. A stone's throw away is Lake Czorsztyn with the castle in Niedzica and the ruins of Czorsztyn Castle. When it comes to kayak and sailboat rental, we recommend Marina Czorsztyn.

You can take the yellow trail from Łapsze Niżne to the beautiful Lemko village of Osturnia - probably the longest village in Slovakia. Wooden cottages, often from the 19th century, create the atmosphere of a living open-air museum.

In winter, you can go on a sleigh ride, in summer, track salamanders in the forest, in autumn, pick mushrooms and eat them for every meal.

On our large area there is a playground with a house and a slide, a wooden swing. There are hammocks, comfortable hanging chairs, a place to play ball and badminton.

In the area there is a miniature park, an Indian village.
