We must start with dementia. No Marian will say good night to you here, you don't have to be afraid. The devil just didn't fit in this story. Because although Januszno is not ranked among the most popular Mazovian towns, my husband Mariusz alias Marian and our daughters lead a cheerful and carefree life here. And not in a hellish remote area, because although on the edge of the village, it is only 1.5 hours away from the capital. In the shadow of old alders, where crayfish used to be caught, we built two houses made of straw and clay - one for us, the other for guests. We showed the doubters that it is possible, and the idea for biobuilding was implemented thanks to my stubbornness, a great architect, two dump trucks of clay from Mr. Staś from the neighboring village and straw collected from my parents' field. And also teams with pitchforks that filled an impressive wooden frame with it, and a brave electrician who hung cables on this straw. Today, the rounded clay walls of the ground floor can be stroked, meals can be eaten by the fireplace in a group of up to 8 people, sitting on one of the couches on the first floor, and after the rain let yourself be surprised by the smell of thatched roof.
Days pass here learning the secrets of the garden, drinking coffee on a swing from an old door, sitting on benches, staring at butterflies, eating raspberries from the bushes and lighting a fire in the evenings. But you can also do it differently: play golf, sleep with the kids on a platform among the trees and get lost on the paths of one of the nearby nature reserves. One of them leads to the areas that Władysław Jagiełło visited 23 times. Because once you come here, you want to come back.
Go to Januszno, take a deep breath and just live. We invite you.

We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help
It's nice to see you here! This is Karolina and Mariusz. Together with our daughters - Antonina and Adelka and two ragdolls, we live on the edge of a Mazovian village, in a house built of straw and clay. We built it in a place formerly known as "muddy", in our hometown, and a large part of our family and friends did not believe that it was really happening. We wanted to have a natural, healthy house surrounded by greenery and live in it peacefully. This one, built as a trial, turned out to be a success, so two houses were built in the end, and we decided to share the second one with you. This is where Mariusz rules - "Where Marian says goodnight". Karolina, on the other hand, gives you the first wooden house, which we moved into right after returning from ... the city. "U Marianny za piecem" is the fulfillment of our dreams of a peaceful life in the countryside. Do you want to try it? We invite all those who need solace, peace and relaxation. We have a wonderful microclimate of interiors, greenhouses-gazebos for rainy days, fragrant gardens full of treasures outside and a forest right next door. Stay with us in Janusz!
