Wabi-sabi means beauty found in simplicity. It is an acknowledgment of imperfection, a celebration of authenticity, a praise of a peaceful life. The philosophy of humility and simplicity is an important element of everyday life in Japan, but nothing stands in the way of implementing its principles in Uście Gorlickie. After all, feeling the depth and richness of nature can be practiced at any latitude.

It was on Lake Klimkówka that I built a house where nothing is perfect, but everything is well thought out. Covered with a façade of old wood, it humbly fits into the landscape. The luxuries you will experience there are the surroundings of natural materials, color harmony and simplicity. However, nothing will be more luxurious than the proximity of the lake, the lack of neighbors and the company of deer regularly visiting our meadow.

Chabrowo is located on Lake Klimkówka, surrounded by forests and hills of the Low Beskid Mountains. It is located in the Natura 2000 Special Bird Protection Zone. The house is several hundred meters away from its closest neighbors, and the plot is surrounded by trees, so you can feel like you are in a complete wilderness.

House has:

– living room 45 m², which can be used for various types of workshops,
– 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with bunk beds),

The house also has a 70-meter terrace, which will be perfect for yoga classes on warm days.

Chabrowo is reached by a gravel road running serpentine through the forest (approx. 300 m). In winter, the road must be cleared of snow, so please make a reservation in advance.

There will be a large and well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities waiting for you, so you can indulge in any culinary adventures. However, if you don't feel like cooking, you will certainly be able to eat something tasty in the immediate vicinity.

We will welcome you with local delicacies - perhaps aromatic soup, pancakes or fresh bread with homemade preserves.

However, if, in addition to spending leisurely time around the house and plot - barbecuing, reading on a hammock, sunbathing on the terrace - you would like to explore the local picturesque surroundings, there are many attractions waiting for you:

– a unique Wooden Architecture Trail, where you will see old Orthodox churches and wooden chapels, traces of Lemko life in the local area,
– during your visit to Wysowa-Zdrój, be sure to visit the Gościnna Chata restaurant, which serves authentic Lemko cuisine,
– also go to Wysowa to drink medicinal waters and take SPA treatments,
– at the largest Hutsul stud farm in Europe in Regietów you can take horse riding lessons,
– in winter, the following ski lifts await you: Magura Małastowska (for intermediate skiers) and Tylicz (the largest and best ski lift in the area with the possibility of renting skis), Smerekowiec and Jaworzyna Krynicka (for intermediate skiers).

Our house is a great choice for a holiday with children, because there is a lot of safe, green space to play around, which will surely appeal to all adventure seekers. We also created one room with a bunk bed especially for children - who hasn't dreamed of sleeping upstairs?

As long as you decide that the internet speed is sufficient for you, this is a good place for workation. There is enough space in the house to feel comfortable as a team, and if someone needs a lot of focus and privacy, there is even a special room for work. You can successfully organize team brainstorming sessions in the dining room.
