Klemens was supposed to be a clergyman, but in the end something didn't work out - he loved life too much. Apparently, the rector himself told him that he missed his vocation when Clement's cassock got tangled and landed under his feet. So he returned to Perzanów, grew carnations and tulips in greenhouses, and hosted his friends in a small, modest cottage. Coffee so strong that a spoon stood in it was attended by people from different backgrounds, different professions and worldviews. Everyone loved him. Passionate conversations about life, brilliant jokes and lots of laughter - that's how I will remember the afternoons spent at Klemens's, on his plot, where we drove along a gravel road with my dad.

The same road will take you to the Green Habitat today. The small cottage is no more, but there is a house where you will spend many sunny moments talking and laughing with your friends. In 4 bedrooms you can host up to 13 people. By guests I mean: splashing in the pool, walking in the woods, lounging alternately on a hammock and a deckchair, feasting at a large table, drinking wine until dawn. Enjoy life with the closest people and in accordance with Klemens's philosophy. 1.5 hours from Warsaw there is a house where you can throw a hen party in the spirit of slow, birthday, and even the best family barbecue of the decade. And if you have more ambitious plans, we even have a yoga-workshop room here and we cordially invite you to intimate yoga, development or creative workshops according to your own idea. The house is well adapted to such trips. Maybe you will find your calling here too?

I invite you to a cozy 4-bedroom house surrounded by greenery, created to be together. It is perfect for an unhurried family weekend, holidays with kids, a getaway with friends and special occasions: hen party or birthday, and even for creative workshops.

The house is surrounded by a garden with a summer swimming pool, a playground and a fireplace. There is also a small forest, a meadow and an orchard. There are also parking spaces on the plot.

You rent the house exclusively, but we can help with grocery shopping or recommend nearby restaurants, pastry shops or bakeries.

In the garden there is a table with benches for outdoor dining and a barbecue with accessories. We have our own small orchard, where in the season you can confidently pick gooseberries, currants, raspberries, apples and plums.

In your place, we would come here to get a little bored. It's a place where it's easy to forget what day of the week it is - days merge into one, when you mainly walk here from a sun lounger to a hammock, stopping by the pool on the way. Evenings are spent chatting at the table or by the fireplace in winter. In addition, you can here:
– spend time at evening bonfires and barbecues,
– have a picnic on the grass,
– lie down with a book in many cozy corners: on sofas in the living room, on a swing, on a sun lounger by the pool.

Zielone Siedlisko is just perfect for organizing intimate celebrations here. We have a large table in the dining room where you can have a little feast, and a barbecue with all the accessories if you prefer to feast in this form. Gather your friends and friends (the four-legged ones too) and visit us at:

– and even intimate workation! At the table in the dining room you can spread out with laptops for brainstorming, and after work hops on a bike, into the forest or on a deckchair.

We also cordially invite you to various types of intimate workshops. The cozy boho style decor is conducive to calmness and concentration. One of the rooms with a view of the swimming pool and greenery is called the yoga-relaxation room: there you can spread out with mats, sit in a circle or organize a creative work space (the room is approx. 30 m²). Feel free to come to:
– psychological workshops,
– workshops of breathing techniques and meditation,
- yoga or pilates,
– artistic workshops, e.g. in photography, make-up, weaving tapestries or ceramics.

Our house is located on a meadow, in the vicinity of forests, lakes and the nearby Narew river. There are beautiful forest areas around, perfect for walking or running. If you want to spend time actively, we recommend:
– horse riding lessons (in the Perzanowo Stable 2 km from us or the Różan Stable 10 km from here),
– kayaking on the Orzyc River (kayak rental is in Krasnosielc, 22 km from here),
– bicycle trips along the surrounding forest and meadow paths.

And who wants to splash in the lake, we send him to the beach on Brzózy (20 km).

We know one thing: if there is a swimming pool, you don't need more. And we have not only a swimming pool - we have a playground for kids, there are also books and toys. It's great to relax here with children, because there is space, there are entertainment, and there are villages and forests around: you can go mushroom picking in autumn, pick raspberries and currants in summer, or sign up for horse riding at one of the nearby stud farms. The area is full of storks, roe deer and woodpeckers, whose life you can watch. You can also look at the pond in Tłuszcz with an educational path about animals and plants around (it's entertainment for patient and curious kids).

We have fast internet, bedrooms with single beds, a common work table, ergo: we are a great place to work. Preferably those during which you want to work together - conduct brainstorming or creative workshops, because there are no individual desks in the rooms, you can only work together at the dining room table (or in a reclining position from the couch). In addition, the house and the area around are large, so the team that comes to us will have the right space for themselves and there will be a corner for everyone to rest if you need to gain energy on your own.
