He only realized it two days later. He'd simply forgotten about it, so the phone sat in the car all weekend. There were also girls who had a tradition of traveling together. Sometimes all three of them, though more often in a more focused pair. In the bird-radio barn, they watched movies, always the same ones, so they wouldn't have to focus too much on the plot. A couple with an armful of books, on the other hand, sought concentration. The written word, however, lost out to the spoken word. Sometimes it happens that conversations with other guests are more captivating than the best novel. There were also those who were just epilogues to acquaintances, still unsure if they would turn out to be just a short epilogue. There was a mother and daughter who shared only the way they brewed coffee, and those who were tired of nature confined to the rigid park paths. He asked, "Do you want it?" to which she replied, "Very much." So they came.

Everyday life in Brzozów is the opposite of everyday life in the city. The day of the week ceases to matter; you sleep long and soundly, and the bird radio helps you determine the time. There's a sauna overlooking the forest, a tub for herbal baths in the garden, and a summer lounge in the barn. But above all, there's an old log house in the Dynów Foothills, where stories unfold and the food is exclusively vegan. It's an intimate place, with just 5 rooms for a total of 12 guests.

Come if you have free time. Come even more so if you don't have it and have to snatch it up, come against all logic and at the expense of calendar changes. There's no point in waiting for a reason. It's time to breathe.

The room layout is simple and as follows:
- Wilga for 2 people, with two single beds and a bathroom
- Rudzik for 2 or 3 people, with a double and a single bed and a bathroom
- Kowalik for 2 or 3 people, with a double and a single bed and a bathroom
- Szczygieł for 2 people, with a double bed
and a bathroom
- Nest with a double bed and a bathroom

Common areas include a kitchen (with a hob, pots and pans, a coffee machine, etc.), a dining table, a garden, a terrace, and a barn, which transforms into an additional relaxation area from spring to early autumn.

Breakfast is served in our private kitchen. If you also order dinner with dessert, we will also serve it in our kitchen or in the orchard, where there is a large table.
Other meals can be prepared and enjoyed in the guest kitchen in the attic.

Vegan dinner with dessert is available for an additional fee: PLN 50 per person.

As mentioned, we cater to vegans and make no exceptions. We focus on fresh, homemade, and diverse food. We serve plant-based spreads, elderflower pancakes, cauliflower cutlets, pizzas made with flour from a local mill, Mrs. Ela's preserves, and vegetables from Podkarpacie farmers. We avoid repetitive, predictable dishes because routine in the kitchen doesn't appeal to us. Breakfast is served in the kitchen, and dinner – weather permitting, of course – in the orchard.

We offer both passive and active relaxation. The former is usually celebrated in the garden hammocks, with a book, in the barn with its summer cinema, in the sauna, and in the open-air bathtub. The latter, a bit more lively, takes place on the nearby dirt roads and forest gravel paths, which you explore on foot or by bike. We don't keep a list of #mustsee or #todo attractions. We believe that the forest behind your house isn't much, but sometimes it's all you need for happiness.

If, however, you're still curious about what the area has to offer, we recommend the trail in the footsteps of the now-defunct Brzozów-Zdrój spa, founded after the discovery of mineral springs (more information: https://brzozowzdroj.com/sciezka/) or the regional museum in the town hall. Walk to soak up the atmosphere of the area as you pass the wooden houses. Above Kombornia and Korczyna stretches a vineyard and a path leading to the Trzy Wody waterfall. You can admire the world from the observation tower and climbing crags there. Since you've already wandered this far from Brzozów, complete this trip and visit the Prządki Rock Reserve. It's like the Table Mountains in miniature.

In Krosno, you can visit the interesting Glass Heritage Center (tickets are recommended; entry is only possible with a guide) and the Art Exhibition Office. Nearby Żarnowiec boasts a rural atmosphere thanks to the Maria Konopnicka Museum. The museum is located in a beautiful manor house surrounded by a garden.

Looking towards Sanok, you'll see the world's largest collection of Beksiński's works. And leaving the city behind, you'll see cinematic serpentine roads with a viewing terrace overlooking the Słonne Mountains, as well as the ruins of Sobień Castle with a panoramic view of the San River.

East of the San River, in the middle of nowhere, wild fruit trees grow – remnants of the village of Lachawa. A few kilometers away is the Orthodox church in Ulucz, one of the oldest wooden churches in Poland. And even further, a rope, movable bridge.

There's also the Wisłoka River Gorge in Besko (18 km from us via dirt roads, making it ideal for a bike ride). Besides the spectacular view, there's also a nice trail.
You can also drive to Rudawka Rymanowska, home to the famous icefalls in winter, known in summer as "weeping rocks." There are also trails, areas for walking or swimming in the river, and bike rentals. For skiers, there's also the Kiczera ski lift.
There's Lake Sieniawskie with water equipment rentals and stunning views.
There are two spa towns: Rymanow-Zdrój and Iwonicz-Zdrój.
There are trails in the Beskid Niski Mountains, which begin just 15 km from us. There are cross-country trails.
We'll tell you where the old oil wells and vineyards where street art reigns supreme (yes, street art) are.
There's a wooden architecture trail and a Lemko trail.
And Andrejkov's works can be seen along the walk.
Besides, there's not much to say: there are many options. Ask us, and we'll be happy to advise you. Because we live here ourselves and have been admiring these places for years.
P.S. In our area, you can walk your dog everywhere, including on the trails.
And there are no crowds anywhere, because it's still a relatively untouristy area. And we hope it always stays that way.

The closest bike trail to us is "around the corners of the Brzozów region," approximately 30 km long. Also worth taking a look at are the trails "in the land of forgotten places" and "in the footsteps of the people of the foothills and valleys", which passes through a part of Sanok.

We have a treehouse, a sandbox, a zipline, and two swings. Plus, we have a large yard. We also have a swimming pool in the summer.

We have fiber optics, tables in the rooms, and parts of the house that are friendly to working together, such as terraces and a summer lounge in the barn.
