In the Chełmińskie Lake District, right on the shore of the lake, a house with interiors straight from American movies has been erected. The ones set in Florida. The invigorating breeze blows the heroes' hair, the sound of the sea soothes the overstimulated senses, and the eyes start to sparkle at the sight of the blue waters of the ocean. The circumstances of nature on our smallest peninsula in Poland are slightly different. We have changed the ocean into a lake, it is not the waves that roar here, but the reeds surrounding the terrace, and the appropriate climate is created by a heated swimming pool in a glass conservatory. We dedicate the 150-meter space to two families or a group of 8 friends who want to take an azimuth for complete relaxation.

Although we don't have a beach like Clearwater Beach, ours is completely fine. From the pier above it, you can dive straight into the lake, warming up your body in the sauna beforehand. You can grab the oars or set off on two wheels around the lake, and in the evening jump into the tub, light a fire or play a volleyball match. Here we have the conditions to rest in many places and in every position - on the stomach, on the back, on the water, with a fishing rod and an oar in hand. Do you dream of freckles on your nose, total relaxation of the head and a warm body? Come on in, we're looking forward to seeing you!

On the very shore of Chełmżyńskie Lake, we have a year-round house for you, inspired by a trip to the east coast of the USA and the climate referring to it. In the 150-meter interior, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, a view of the blue water surface and terraces. The third bedroom is dedicated to 4 people, there are two fold-out beds (for 2 people each). We can also put a travel cot in each space. We have created our house with two families or a group of friends in mind. It can accommodate 8 people in comfortable conditions.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and atmospheric living room with a large sofa, a swing and a fireplace. Next to it is a dining room with a fold-out table for eight and a well-equipped kitchenette. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath and shower, on the ground floor there is a toilet.

The charms of the villa include:
– a glass conservatory with a heated swimming pool,
– terrace with a seating set and a view of the lake,
– climate referring to seaside houses on the American coast, dominated by white, blue accents and wood.

The plot on which the Beach House was built has 3000 m². In the vicinity of the house there are also: Glamp Villa and Boho Villa, and cosmic-looking spheres, i.e. 5 of our spherical tents, grow out of the grass above the lake.

The bright and spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal. In the dining room there is a table for 8 people, so that then the goodies are together and enjoy each other's company. For the youngest we have high chairs. We want to let coffee lovers know that the pressure coffee machine is waiting to make coffee that you will enjoy with a view of the lake.

During the season and on weekends you have the option of ordering breakfast and dinner.
Breakfasts come in 4 versions:
– with scrambled eggs and bread, cold cuts, cheese, butter, homemade jam, local honey and seasonal vegetables from the garden – tomato or cucumber,
– toast with homemade fresh avocado guacamole and egg,
– oatmeal with nuts and fruit,
– dedicated to children – pancakes with cottage cheese and fruit.
Please select the options (time of delivery and selected versions of breakfast) a few days before the planned stay. We deliver breakfast to your door from 8:30 to 10:00. Cost: PLN 45 per person.

At your disposal is a specially designated place for grilling and a place for a bonfire with prepared sticks for sausages (briquette and sausages on your own).

First of all, and most importantly: you can, and even should, have a good rest with us. You can immerse your body in the heated swimming pool, which you will have exclusive use, after swimming, settle down on the terrace (a lounge set is waiting there) and let your thoughts wander at will. However, if your sides hurt from lying down, you can take our bikes and ride the surrounding bicycle routes. If you prefer to paddle, take kayaks (please book them in advance) and sail towards the sunset on the lake.

We have a private beach that encourages sunbathing, with deckchairs and a swing, and clean Lake Chełmżyńskie for swimming and fishing (from the pier or from the boat). We have a place for a bonfire and grill, so you can spend your evenings in a truly camping style. If you gather a team, you can play many fierce matches on the volleyball court. We also have a SPA zone where you will find:
– a sauna overlooking the lake,
– tub,
– splash zone for cooling down by the tub,
– the possibility of jumping into the lake right after!

For the active, we recommend our favorite cycling and running route leading through the picturesque surroundings to the center of neighboring Chełmża. The route stretches along the lake, then through a park, a bridge on the lake, up to Chełmżyńskie Boulevards and Przystań Włókniarza - a local canoeing club. In Chełmża, halfway, you can relax with the kids on the playground or go to the Market Square and taste ice cream at the Jarząb bakery.

For those with endurance, we recommend the cycling route around Lake Chełmżyńskie (26 km long). In the middle of the road, you can stop at a small shop in Zalesie, replenish fluids, eat chips or ice cream (payment only in cash).

And just in case, we have books and board games for you at home.

Small, middle and teenage feel very good with us! The youngest prefer to occupy a plastic house on the beach and use the water slide. There are sand toys and a whole beach to build moated castles and play sand patisserie. Our beach is also visited by ducks, which can be treated with grains. There is a playground next to our beach. Note: there is no lifeguard on our beach, so be careful with the little ones.

Older children can play volleyball, ride a bike and swim in the lake. To make joint kayaking trips safe, we have life jackets for both adults and children. Children enjoy bathing in the tub, using the Splash Zone right next to it and swimming in the pool. And in the evenings they experience the atmosphere of scout camps while roasting sausages in the fire.

• CYCLING ROUTES - we recommend the route around Lake Chełmżyńskie,
• TRACKING - a favorite game for older children. There is a field (planted with something different every year), there can be a labyrinth, there can be a hiding place, children have plenty of ideas!
• BATHING IN THE LAKE,
• KAYAKS,
• WATER BIKES,
• VOLLEYBALL - we have a court and a ball,
• FISHING - at discretion. As a rule, it requires notification to the KZW, which costs PLN 80. If you're into fishing, don't bother. We stock the lake, so there is a chance for "fruitful hunting" :) We also have a boat for you.
• MOTOR BOAT TRIP - a picturesque cruise around the lake in a high-class motor boat for a fee,
• HORSE RIDING (for a fee) - we recommend horse riding in a friendly stable - Stable Witkowia (wonderful girls taking care of horses and lovely horses),
• BAO – a game brought from Africa (although Tomek's original version). It's great to take a break from the sun for a while. The game is available in the Glamp Dining Room next to the grill, designed for two players (age 4+).
