One would like to say that the House in Orchard smells new. Only it wouldn't be a compliment at all if the smell of renovation was in the air. So we will say that although it is a new piece of art, it smells of wood and we appreciate it very much. We focused only on natural building materials. The shape was inspired by the half-timbered construction of the Sudetes, and its atmosphere made the house blend in with the orchard and gives the impression that it has always been here. We see it like this: in two years it will be fully overgrown with greenery. Just like the Moomin House in the story of the magic hat, in which it was entwined with green shoots. And since our house is completely off the beaten track, it is already a perfect spot to hide here with friends, with a group of friends or in a family arrangement. Four bedrooms can accommodate 8 people, in the living room there is a sofa bed and the option of adding two beds, which means that you can come with a team of up to 10 people.
We have filled the interiors of the house with carefully selected furniture and details about which stories can be told. We are particularly proud of the kilim designed by Zofia Stryjeńska - it was made before the war in Lviv. It has embroidered martagon lilies that grow in our area. We also have a lamp that can also be admired at the MoMA Museum of Modern Art in New York. On the list of pleasures that you can enjoy here, we have included evenings by the fireplace, coffee drunk on the terrace and a bath in a bathtub with a view - it is located in one of the bedrooms. It's all so that you can rest here surrounded by nice objects and nature looking in the windows. You can lie here, sigh, celebrate, talk, enjoy yourself, just be or do nothing. You don't have to worry about food either, because our restaurant is located 100 meters from the house. And behind the fence, the whole Land of Extinct Volcanoes spreads its charm. But they have been closed for millions of years and can still wait for you.
The house in Sada, located about 100 meters from the Villa Greta restaurant, is dedicated to 8 people, but with extra beds it can accommodate up to 10 people. The house has: 4 double bedrooms (one with a bathtub), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, as well as a balcony and a terrace. The house is located off the beaten track, away from the playground in our area. From the terrace and balcony, it has a view of the apple tree on the hill, which has already appeared on many Instagram and Tik-Tok.
Layout of sleeping places:
– a bedroom on the ground floor (bed 160x200 cm) available for people with physical disabilities,
– bedroom on the first floor (bed 160x200 cm) with a bathtub and a balcony,
– two bedrooms upstairs with two single beds (90x200 cm).
An additional place to sleep is a double sofa in the living room, we can also add two additional single beds (90x200 cm).
The ground floor with a living room, bedroom and bathroom are adapted for use by people in wheelchairs.
We took care of the 120-meter interior with great care. They are spacious, bright and full of details to tell stories about. They include a kilim designed by Zofia Stryjeńska and a lamp, which can also be seen at the MoMA in New York. There is a fireplace in the living room.
We built the house in the orchard based on eco-building - we used clay plasters and paints, the structure and floors are wooden, the house is heated with a heat pump and additionally a fireplace, insulated with cellulose, and also has recuperation. His visual inspiration was the old half-timbered houses of the Sudetes.
The orchard house is located 100 meters from our slow food restaurant. All meals and snacks are based on what we grow in our own garden or find at local hosts. We do not use flavor enhancers or preservatives. We are supported by Slow Food Polska and Gault & Millau.
Breakfasts served in the form of a buffet contain everything that is the healthiest, and dinners are to remain in the memory of children and parents forever. The smell of country bread and freshly roasted coffee is the first thing that will greet you in the dining room. For dinner: dumplings, fried cabbage, cepelins, stuffed cabbage - whatever your heart desires. Homemade compote stays on the tongue until late at night. We'll cut our heads off for the quality of the food.
Our cafe is a great temptation, we admit it openly. Fresh donuts, buns with rhubarb and herbal tea from the home herbarium - these are just a few examples.
We do not underestimate anyone: neither vegetarians, vegans and people on a diet, nor the preferences of the youngest.
However, if you feel like cooking on your own, the house has a kitchenette with everything necessary. There is also a large table at which you can later feast together.
It's good to get bored in our Silesian seclusion. Sit under the apple tree with a cup of coffee and your favorite book while the children run around the garden. However, if you feel like a bit of activity, we have a few tricks up your sleeve.

Inside the house, you can work at the desks that are in two bedrooms, at the table in the dining room or from the sofa with several tables. You can also work from bed if you like. The Internet works flawlessly - WiFi speed is over 250 Mb / s.
We also have as many as 8 common spaces at your disposal, including 3 gazebos, a pergola, a coach house, a restaurant and two rooms. You can work in any of them. In all places the tables are movable and can be adjusted to your liking. In the summer, we often host children, so working outside can be problematic. The solution, however, are two lockable rooms.
