My father Ludwik was swimming down the Jamna stream in the bathtub. It used to be a wide, rushing river. Today it is a stream over which we have built a beach for you for summer swimming and winter swimming. There are actually two streams - they have the same name, although they flow from different sources. In one of them, the Romans were looking for gold. They also believed that Yamna was the river of life and they threw coins into its clear waters. They were votive gifts for good deities - to give people strength and health. However, not everything revolves around water here, because Dolina Zdrowia was created primarily to experience close contact with nature and the pleasure of a simple, rural life. Seekers of natural wildness, plant lovers, history enthusiasts, fans of cycling, canoeing and wandering around the meadows will find their place here.
Our old house smells of herbs. Although he is old, he is full of charisma and somehow naturally fosters integration. Under its roof you can make new acquaintances or nurture the existing ones. The common kitchen invites you to brew coffee, share it with everyone and move to the living room with a tiled stove for long conversations. This space encourages hanging out, workshops, intimate celebrations and playing board games. Children most often infect with the joy of discovering 5 hectares of green space, running around the orchard and wandering in the forest. And we can take you for a walk in the meadows to collect herbs together to make infusions from them. For a willing group, we will organize herbal and cosmetic workshops and reveal some plant secrets.
We do not know if you will find gold here, but you will certainly find layers of peace with us!
Among meadows, forests and rivers, in the buffer zone of the Bóbr Valley Landscape Park, we have created our Valley of Health. Our guest house is surrounded by 5 hectares of land with direct access to the forest, two surrounding streams and an orchard with old varieties of apples.
In a house made of sandstone and burnt brick, we have three rooms for 11 people.
Two are 4-person, one is 3-person:
– a room with a view of Mount Radziej and a room with a view of the valley are located on the first floor, each of them has a double bed, a fold-out corner, a mezzanine with a double mattress, as well as a seating area with a coffee table and an armchair, and a bathroom (in the room with a view of the valley has a shower, the room with a view of Mount Radziej - a bathtub),
– the brick room is located on the ground floor, it has a very large double bed and a single bed, a stove, a table with chairs and a bathroom with a shower – it is a room that offers shelter from the heat when the heat pours from the sky.
The common space is a 48-meter glass living room with a climatic tiled stove. It is perfect for hanging out together, playing board games, reading. It will also work as a workshop room or a place for various types of meetings. Panoramic windows provide beautiful views, and the bright space can become a place to organize workshops, intimate and romantic parties (birthdays, hen parties) or corporate integration. There is also a kitchen and a dining room at your disposal.
It is possible to rent our house exclusively.
In the garden surrounding the farm, we have created places to sit, eat meals, get lost with a book. We have prepared a small beach by the stream, there are also hammocks and deckchairs at your disposal.
A young cat, Tola, lives in our house. If you would prefer no pets during your stay, please let us know. We will move the cat to another place for this time.
At home, a well-equipped kitchen awaits you, where you can conjure up everything you want. And if you lack culinary inspiration or simply follow the rule that on holidays you should rest, not cook – we have a proposal for you. A friendly chef can prepare meals for you in the form of catering. Just let us know in advance that you are interested in this option.
If you feel like it and let us know in advance, we can provide you with organic and local products from friendly suppliers. In Siedlęcin, on Saturdays, there is a market offering products from the area. And if you prefer eating in restaurants, be sure to combine them with trips around the area.
In the kitchen, we leave you the herbs you have collected and dried yourself. Also, help yourself to fruit from our orchard. In the garden you will have the opportunity to light a bonfire and organize a barbecue.
In our Valley of Health, meadows covered with herbs, hills and 5 hectares of greenery are waiting for you. For hiding, walking and even rolling around if you feel like it! There is a chance that you will also like:
– intimate sunbathing on the Jamna stream, surrounded by a young orchard,
– tasting apples straight from the trees,
- focusing in the evenings,
– getting to know the overgrown ravine by the stream,
– swimming in the stream in winter,
– hammocks with a book,
- autumn mushroom picking.
During your stay with us, you can explore the secrets of herbs. We are happy to share with you our knowledge about their properties, natural medicine and a holistic approach to humans. If a group of interested people gathers, we can organize a one-day herbal and cosmetic workshop for you. On the spot you will get our natural and nature-scented creams, and often also herbal mixtures.
Be sure to visit our friendly neighbors: Myśl Ceramika and Rej Artur Ceramika. You can take part in their workshops and buy various ceramic wonders.
In Klecza - a neighboring village, you can rent electric bikes, which are one of the best ways to explore the area.
In winter, Jacek, who is a ski instructor, can organize training for you.
And in the vicinity: castles, palaces, churches, museums, monuments, volcanoes, nature and creative workshops. For the active: cycling, horseback riding, hiking, canoeing and pontoon trips as well as ski lifts. This is the Bóbr Valley! Below is a list of only some of the places you can visit.
– Góra Zamkowa Nature Reserve – located just behind the hill. The ruins of the castle tower over it. In the reserve, you can meet bear's garlic fields, see volcanic slopes and walk through oak-hornbeam forests full of plants (approx. 161 species of plants grow in the reservation).
– Zamek Wleń – the oldest brick castle in Silesia and the Lenno Palace, where you can drink coffee, lemonade and eat dessert.
– The Ducal Tower in Siedlęcin – the largest and best preserved medieval residential tower in Poland. Here you can see the world's only preserved medieval paintings depicting the legend of Sir Lancelot of the Lake.
– The Valley of Palaces and Gardens – an area with the largest concentration of palaces in Europe, extending to approx. 100 km². There are almost 30 of them in the Jeleniogórska Valley: Renaissance mansions, Baroque palaces, castles and other buildings, often surrounded by parks. Some of them were owned by the Habsburgs, Hohenzollerns, Czartoryskis and Radziwiłłs.
– PTTK Perła Zachodu hostel, which can be reached by a bridge over Lake Modry. There are 26 climbing routes here. It is also a good starting point for several viewpoints: Złoty Widok, Trafalgar or Sośnik.
– Market of regional products and handicrafts in Jelenia Góra.

– Japanese garden Siruwia in Przesieka – small Japan, stretching over several hectares, at an altitude of 600 m above sea level. They have a mini-museum there with interesting exhibits and you can eat green tea ice cream and drink Japanese wine.
– Cieplice Baths.
– Flea Market in Cieplice.
– Canoeing or rafting on the Bóbr River (from Nielestno).
– Tarczyn – a very interesting village with preserved historical buildings. You can see how roads were laid out in the past, houses were built or gardens and fruit orchards were cultivated in hundreds. The buildings of this charming town have not been enlarged by any new building for many years.
What’s there for children?
Children are not bored with us and they quickly fall in love with the access to quite wild and less wild nature and make use of this access. The youngest like to run on the grass, eat apples straight from the tree, explore the wild gorge, climb trees, walk in the forest and enjoy access to streams. And if they are thirsty for more modern games, there is a trampoline, a house in the garden, and toys, books and games inside the house.
You can take your children on a trip to Magic Pławna, where there are several different attractions referring to old stories and fairy tales, or you can go on a family pontoon on the Bóbr river.
