Although it is not a hermitage, our cottage allows you to escape from the city, take a break from stress and find peace in your head. You can get here in 50 minutes from the capital via the S7 route and you will see that there is another world so close to Warsaw - full of nature, slow pace and encounters with deer, foxes and moose. The interiors of the 120-meter country house have undergone a major renovation and have become bright, idyllic and cozy. In two bedrooms there are double beds, in one of them there is also a large library with books for adults and children. In the living room you can relax on soft sofas, read or watch a movie. One of the sofas can be folded out and 2 more people can sleep there, making the cottage a 6-person cottage. The kitchen space is connected to the dining room, there is also a fireplace. In the bathroom we have a shower and a washing machine. And next to the dressing room is a room with a sauna-barrel. The cottage has a large terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or do a yoga session. We have garden furniture and deckchairs for you. Our plot is 2,500 m² and although you can hide here effectively, we have neighbors. Old trees grow in the garden, roses bloom, vines and blueberry bushes bear fruit. There is silence and nature reigns around. The distance of a short walk separates us from the forests and Pilica. Our area is fenced and simply created to come here with pets.

Feel at home in the kitchen, we have equipped it with everything necessary to prepare meals. Enjoy fruit from the garden in season. You can also grill or bake something on the fire. You can get fruit and vegetables from a local host who comes to the house on Saturdays (usually around 11:00). In Warka, on Wednesdays and Saturdays until noon, there is a market, you can also drop by the local brewery. In Stromiec, we recommend a family coffee roaster, and ice cream at the Gruszczyński family in Białobrzegi.

The truth is, we love popping in here to get a little bored. Here is a list of activities and opportunities that most people come to us for: – sitting on the covered terrace with a view of the garden and forest, – to do a yoga or meditation session on the terrace, – for forest walks, those aimless and those with nordic walking sticks, too, – to picturesque bicycle routes, – for respite with the singing of birds in the background – there is a protected area of Natura 2000 Pilicy Valley nearby, which is a bird sanctuary, where nearly 56 species of birds related to water and marsh habitats nest, – the proximity of the river, in which you can soak your feet, swim, or cross its section by kayak, pontoon or SUP board – the gate leading to the river is at the back of the house, but this route is quite demanding, another, more accessible route will take you less than 10 minutes , – to ride a horse at a horse farm in the village of Pokrzywna, – to visit the combat open-air museum in Mniszew. At home, you will find a barrel-type sauna, a fireplace, a library and board games. In the garden you can grill and light a fire. Two kilometers from us there is a bicycle rental (there are even tandems) and water equipment (kayaks, pontoons and SUP boards to choose from), which also organizes canoeing trips and rafting with 5-6-person pontoons. At the Estancia resort there is a footbridge leading to a meadow by the river. Next to it, you can admire a sandy escarpment with exposed pine roots, and heading back towards Biała Góra, you will reach a cliff along the path.
