Of the 285 lakes in the Labanor regional park, we chose Siesartis - winding, full of fish, birdsong and cozy bays. There are many magical corners of peace where you want to take a deep breath and... take a breather from the pace of the big city. In one of these corners, our villa sprouted in 2022: a four-bedroom house with open common areas and a panoramic view of the water. The architects of the building prioritized the connection with the landscape and indoor-outdoor living. The materials used for the construction of the villa are typical of this region: wood, slate tiles, stones. The house is surrounded by pine trees on the sides, the Labanor forest rustles behind, and large sliding windows allow natural light to enter the interior.

We wish that the rhythm of your life slows down, acquires new colors, smells and tastes during the holidays (or maybe a working day?). If you allow yourself to be taken care of, your meals will be prepared by a personal chef (separately ordered service). Free time can be spent swimming in the lake, in the hot tub or in the sauna, cycling or kayaking, playing volleyball or golf - or simply doing nothing perfectly.

Look for us where Siesartis connects with the small Kamuželis lake, just a few kilometers from the Labanor observation tower and three - from the village of Mindūnai.

The villa offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open plan dining/kitchen/living area with expansive lake views. Large windows and sliding doors connect the villa's rooms to the terrace with fireplace, lawn and pier. The bedrooms also open onto the lake and also have access to the terrace. A group of 9 guests can stay in the villa at the same time. Regardless of the number of guests, the entire villa is rented.

The house is heated and ventilated, comfortable in all seasons.
All rooms are located on the first floor, you will find the stairs only on the terrace and they go down to the lake.

In the common room, we have equipped a kitchen and bar area, in front of which there is a dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 people. There is a fire pit in the terrace area and a grill and outdoor furniture closer to the shore. You will find firewood on site. We've tried to provide everything you might need for cooking.

However, if you don't like to cook or don't have time, your meals can be prepared by a professional chef (the service is charged extra). We will be happy to cater for you, just let us know your preferences in advance.

We have no doubt that the lake will take up a large part of your time: looking at it while lying on deckchairs, jumping from a cliff, paddling with SUPs, kayaking, and finally, counting stars in the water after an evening barbecue. If you want to travel around the area, the wild nature of Labanor with its relict plants and animals, observation decks and ethnographic villages awaits you within a few kilometers. Visit the Molėtai observatory and the ancient celestial observatory (on the shore of Lenktinis lake), Ladakalnis, Mindūnai hunting and fishing museum. Several tens of kilometers from Labanor, you will find the Asvejas valley with beautiful lakes and the experience park "Auksinė giria", where the Labyrinth of the Four Elements is located.

We accept families with children. The little ones will enjoy a lot of fun in the hot tub and in the lake, running around the surroundings of the villa, getting to know nature. We ask parents to ensure the safety of children during their stay.

You can sit down with your laptop at the large table in the living room, on the terrace or in the coastal linden, where you will be distracted only by the voices of the birds. The Wi-Fi signal is strong enough for video calls.
