They were here when Sobieski came to the rescue, Poniatowski signed the Constitution and when Edison lit the first light bulb. They had green summer leaves when they were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List a few years ago, in the distinguished company of Yellowstone National Park and the Great Barrier Reef. The Bieszczady beeches - because these are the ones we are talking about - are one of the last primeval trees in Europe. Our terraces have been here for a much shorter time and do not have such an important history. But they are there for you to admire. And that is absolutely enough.

I came to the Bieszczady Mountains as a child in the 1980s. Later, I only returned to them, completely in love with wandering around the meadows, wilderness and nature. In 2013, after a few years' break from the Bieszczady meadows due to the prose of life, I persuaded my wife Beata to come to Wetlina and since then our common love for this place in the world has continued. Shortly thereafter, we decided that if we ever built a house, it would only be in Wetlina! Today this dream has come true and we invite guests to our apartments on the outskirts of Wetlina who will also respect the Bieszczady nature.

Smerek Apartment
A two-level apartment for up to 6 people. The apartment has a living room with a fireplace, a comfortable fold-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and direct access to the terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a total of four beds, a spacious bathroom and a luggage storage room.

Hnat Apartment
A spacious apartment for up to 4 people. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a seating area and a bathroom. Guests have access to a terrace and a place in the garden.

Buk Apartment (open only in the summer season)
Duplex apartment for up to 6 people with a fireplace and mountain views. The living room has a large and comfortable corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and direct access to the terrace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
The apartment, in one of the rooms upstairs, also has a very comfortable desk with a large monitor (27 inches). The advantage of such a workplace is the panorama outside the window - you can enjoy the view straight to Mount Smerek. Of course, a desk with a monitor can be used not only for work, but also for fun by digital entertainment enthusiasts. There is an HDMI cable connected to the monitor, so you can connect a laptop or console to it if you decide to bring such equipment with you.

🚰 Each apartment has access to treated water straight from the tap. You don't have to worry about buying bottled water. Our water is specially treated, so you can enjoy its crystal-clear taste, and when you decide to take a refreshing shower, you will feel like you are in a spa. The delicate and nourishing properties of water will make the skin smooth and refreshed, and the shower will bring a moment of relaxation and renewal.

Both apartments have their own kitchenettes. It is worth (and very!) to visit at least one restaurant in our area. A holiday in the Bieszczady Mountains without eating a giant pancake at Chata Wędrowca or ribs at Not Quite Saint Paweł's will simply be incomplete. In the summer, during lunch time, however, expect a slightly longer wait for a free table.

Even in the high season you will find quiet places in the Bieszczady Mountains. Instead of pastures, go west: the massifs of Hyrlatej, Rosocha, Matragona, Chryszczata and Wołosani, Łopiennik, Korbania.

If you are interested in wooden architecture, most of the Orthodox churches have survived in the border villages. It is also worth looking for single, existing in the Bieszczady, but amazing architectural pearls - Chmiel, Równia, Hoszów, Bystre, Michniowiec, Smolnik. The direction of the Osława valley should also be recommended. Here, temples for the faithful of the Eastern rite are still preserved. Also head to the San valley, where there used to be villages. Search under the names Tworylne, Tworylczyk, Krywe, Hulskie

If you prefer a less active holiday, it is worth getting acquainted with the surroundings of Lake Solińskie and Myczkowieckie. There are charming bays, as well as beautiful places suitable for contemplating the sunrise and sunset. You can go on a ship, sailboat, pedal boats or just swim. There are several swimming pools.

A ride on the forest narrow-gauge railway is a great experience. We start in Majdan near Cisna - in the direction of Przysłup or Balnica. Bicycle trolleys are also noteworthy. Admittedly, they require a bit of stamina, because you have to pedal quite hard on them, but the adventure is amazing, worth adding to your trip schedule.

Let's not forget about museums and open-air museums. It's an excellent history lesson, not boring at all. The priority should be visiting the open-air museum in Sanok, the Bieszczady Historical Museum in Czarna, the Boyko Culture Museum in Myczków and the Bakery Museum in Stary Młyn in Ustrzyki Dolne. Very interesting exhibitions and we sincerely recommend a guided tour.

The Bieszczady Mountains welcome children with arms wide open and a blue-berry smile. There are mountain paths, hot chocolate in shelters on the peaks, a narrow-gauge railway and a bicycle trolley.

The Buk apartment features a room with a desk, a comfortable chair, and a large monitor. It's the perfect place to work with a view of Mount Smerek! Mesh Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house.
