Jeziorna23 is the last house on Jeziorna Street, whose name probably comes from the proximity of Lake Margonińskie, which is about 30 meters away. We are located in the Chodzież Lake District, between Chodzież and Wągrowiec. It is here that we have restored the life of the old ford, which has become a year-round, secluded corner to escape from the hustle and bustle of large, medium and small cities. The 90 m² interior is dedicated to 4-6 people who will find a blissful night's peace in two bedrooms on the first floor. One has a double bed, the other has two single beds and a desk where you can write, work and create. On the ground floor in the living room there is also a sofa, which, when unfolded, becomes a large sleeping space. On the ground floor there are also: a living room combined with a dining room - in this space there is also a fireplace, a kitchenette with a bar table and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a very large terrace with lounge furniture, a table and benches and a place for a bonfire. In the central point of the garden there is a platform with a jacuzzi overlooking the lake and a hammock. We have a sauna in a separate building. Our plot is over 2000 m² of a charming garden with a row of birch trees and access to the lake. On the shore there are waiting for you: a small beach, a pier and water equipment that we have prepared for you: a kayak, a water bike and two SUP boards. Although you can feel completely private here, because we are separated from our neighbors by a high fence, don't let the existing circumstances fool you. We care about good neighborly relations and we ask you to keep quiet at night, as well as not to organize grand parties at our place. Jeziorna23 is our refuge, where we catch our breath and we encourage you to do so here. You will be wrapped in the sound of birch leaves, the bird radio will play and your eyes will enjoy the view of the lake.

You won't miss anything in the spacious kitchen, so cooking should be pure pleasure. We took care of all the equipment and accessories, an overflow coffee maker and original ceramics that turn every meal into a feast. You can arrange it at the table in the dining room or enjoy feasting together on the terrace.

We have created a space of pleasure for you on the inside of the fence and on the outside as well. You decide how to use them. On the green plot you can: – sit on a large terrace, where there are not only lounge furniture, but also a table and bench for playing board games and feasting, and a place to light a bonfire, – jump into the Jacuzzi standing in the middle of the garden, climb up and watch the birch leaves dancing in the wind and the sun reflecting on the surface of the lake, – go to the sauna to relax the body and relax the senses, – listen to the bird radio that plays here all day long – take a bird atlas with you or install an application to recognize their voices – you can track over 20 species, – swing in a hammock with a book, - in bathrobes that we leave you to walk around the garden. We will also give you some ideas for spending time outside: - at the end of the plot there is a gate that will take you to the lake, just pass the birch grove and meadow and after about 30 meters stand eye to eye with the lake surface - there is a pier and a small beach waiting for you there, – we have two SUP boards, a kayak and a pedal boat for you to explore Lake Margonińskie from their perspective – you can also go fishing there, – we also have bicycles for you on which you can explore the area – the bicycle path will lead you to the wakepark on the beach in Margonin (approx. 15 minutes drive), - there are tennis courts in the vicinity, – 5 minutes by bike from us, in Klotyldzin, there is an alpaca farm (you can go for a walk with them) and horses, there is also a normobaric chamber where you can have an oxygen therapy session, – you can reach the Sypniewo hotel by bike, on foot or by canoe (only 1 kilometer away) – you can take a walk, horseback riding and have lunch in the restaurant on site, - near Margonin, there is a boulder in the field, which is one of the points on the Trail of Hidden Treasures - it is 340 cm wide, 230 cm high and weighs an estimated 73 tons - there is a legend associated with it that it used to be an inn that was turned to stone together with the peasants sitting there, – there is the largest wind farm in Poland nearby – you can go there on bicycles, and it is worth it, because 60 masts with wind turbines are impressive (head for the villages: Studźce, Radwanki, Podstolice and Sułaszewo).
