The matter is simpler than it seems. Ingredients: a slightly wild, secluded place, a comfortable and ecological house that blends into the surroundings and close and calming contact with nature. A ready-made recipe for a successful escape from the city, soothing the senses and a sensual break from everyday life. You will put it into practice: falling asleep under the sky window with a view of the stars and waking up in soft bedding, drinking morning coffee on the terrace, walking barefoot on the grass, spending time catching up with books and enjoying dinner outdoors.
We don't have much here: 14 square meters, designed as cleverly as possible. And on them a bed, a table and two chairs, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. We also have proof that when there is little around, you gain space for much. Without distraction, excess of stimuli and urban satiation, you can look at the trees, listen to the silence, focus on another person or take a closer look at yourself. Here you can break the daily routine and allow yourself to simply be, to be in nature. No scrolling through Instagram, no rushing and ticking items off the to-do list. Following in the footsteps of Bill Gates, you can come to think week or at least think weekend, do a digital detox and unlock your creativity. You can finally come to workation and work remotely from here, but you must have your own internet. And after work, contemplate the surrounding nature, think, not think and breathe. Deep.
We invite you to UKOI all those thirsty for tranquility, respite and relief.
The 14 m² cottage is set in the picturesque fields of Lucimia, next to vineyards. The village is located near Janowiec on the Vistula River and only 2 hours from Warsaw.
Inside our microhouse you will find:
– a large window with a view of nature and sky window for stargazing,
– a soft double bed with white linen,

And outside there is a terrace surrounded by nature.
The cottage is ideal for two people, year-round and heated. Even in the middle of winter it is warm and cozy.
We don't have wifi and mobile coverage is variable. That's why we propose to put the phones aside, stop rushing and ... look. This is a place created for moments of relaxation.
The kitchenette is compact and equipped with: a small induction cooker, a fridge with a freezer and a sink. All basic cooking utensils are there. We also leave you: olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee and a selection of herbs and teas.
The hygge season lasts all year round in Ukoi. The interiors, although small, are comfortable and bring respite. You can hide here, commune with nature and practice the art of achieving inner balance.
To celebrate free time, focus, reading and meditation, we have for you:

If it will carry you to go somewhere, we recommend:

– a walk along the path along the Castle Hill towards the Vistula River, the path leads to the restaurant on the escarpment and to the viewpoint,
– take a ferry to Kazimierz to rent a kayak, boat, pontoon or go on a cruise,
