Dom pod Lipami

In a 70-year-old house in the Dynowskie Foothills, where some say that nothing happens, while others say that everything necessary for happiness is happening. You enter the house - for a good morning there is a hall with officers. Further to the right is a bathroom with shower and to the left you enter the kitchen. From the kitchen you will go to the living room with a fireplace, TV and a sofa bed. Go up the stairs. Upstairs, we fit another bathroom and two bedrooms: one with two single beds and two mattresses, the other with a double bed and access to the terrace. The plot has almost 50 ares of privacy, but - especially for four-legged guests - it is unfenced privacy. In winter, despite underfloor heating, you have to burn in the stove to properly insulate the floor as well.

We went a little crazy with the kitchen, because Dom pod Lipami has two of them. One - at home, with a bread/pizza oven, a one-burner stove, a coffee maker, a toaster. The second - on the covered terrace, with a wood stove. A great solution in hot weather, and at the same time an interesting proposition for spending time cooking together surrounded by nature. If you want to try regional flavors, let us know before your arrival - we can provide you with homemade bread, dumplings, cheese, eggs and real milk from the cow.

It's like this: - there are hammocks, a huge plot, swings, terraces, a volleyball court, - 10 minutes walk from us is the San River to soak your feet in the heat, - we help organize a kayaking trip with a driver who comes to the house and also takes you to the house, - there are many bicycle routes in the area, - in 30 minutes you will reach the little-known, but always well-kept ski slope in Przemyśl, - there are castles in Krasiczyn (30 km) and in Dubiecko (9 km), where Ignacy Krasicki was born, - and viewpoints, e.g. on Jawornik Dolny or "on Winnica". The hamlet of Chodorówka, where we are located, is also amazing in terms of history. During II, ceramic shells were excavated from the ground. Soon after, an entire settlement was discovered with objects dating from the Bronze Age to the early Middle Ages. You can see the found artifacts, e.g. in the museum in Sanok. 30 km from us, people have been fighting for the creation of the Turnicki National Park for years. On its (still unofficial) area, the beautiful Carpathian Forest grows, fruit trees bend over forgotten roads - the only memory of the villages displaced years ago, the views in Arłamów and Żytne delight. Detailed guides and a list of events can be found at: https://niewidzialnypark.pl/ It is worth going to Przemyśl (45 km) to walk the underground tourist route, visit the Museum of Bells and Pipes (probably the only one in Poland), and climb the scenic Tatar Mound. Eat lunch at the 19th-century railway station, which today houses the Perła Przemyśl restaurant. Unless you want pizza - "La Costa" gets the best reviews.
