On Brač, which is my second home, you can find a stone house in the town of Splitska. As otherwise. The passion for stone here on Brač simply runs through everyone's veins. We are born that way. The same as with the love for Brač olives.
You can find our stone house less than 400 meters from the beach. We built it so that a large group or even three families with children can go on vacation here. Specifically, to accommodate up to sixteen people in three separate apartments.

If you want to fly away for a while and find yourself in a magical world full of fantastic heroes and fairy-tale creatures, Brač is perfect for that. Hercules from ancient fables carved in stone, a mystical dragon that hides in a cave above the sea, flying mysterious vivers above Dol, a beach that is constantly shaped by the wind and sea waves, or ancient sites... On the contrary, if you belong to those who they prefer to keep their feet on the ground, you want to explore, feel the Brač stone under your toes, or sit in a small cafe with an espresso while watching people, no problem. And if you want to treat your bellies, eyes and taste buds to a never-ending festival of crazy joy of life, then it's high time to start.

VILLA IN THE CENTER OF THE TOWN
If you are looking for our villa, you will definitely not miss it. In addition to the fact that the navigation can lead you to the place, you will know that there are no other buildings surrounding it. Well, at least for now.
The house is located in the very center of the town of Splitska with a beautiful view of the center and surroundings. And from the outside, as usual - the stone walls will attract your attention.

We designed our villa in a Solomonic way. It is one house suitable for up to 16 people. At the same time, its interior is divided into three separate apartments. So that everyone can enjoy their privacy when they need it.

- bathroom with shower and toilet

- kitchen with dining and living area with a pull-out sofa for 1 person with an exit to a spacious terrace with a view of the town.

APARTMENT ON THE 2ND FLOOR (4+1)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (the bedroom has an exit to the balcony)
- 1x bedroom with two separate beds
- bathroom with shower and toilet
- separate toilet
- kitchen with dining and living area with a pull-out sofa for 1 person with an exit to a spacious terrace with a view of the town.

The apartments are air-conditioned (air conditioning is in every room).
The house is rented as a whole.

TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL
Yes, yes, we already mentioned the pool. It is shared, as is the spacious terrace. Loungers and umbrellas are waiting for you to relax by the pool, and there is also a solar shower.

Each apartment has an open kitchen connected to the living area. So you don't have to worry about being alone even when quickly preparing something to eat.

We have properly equipped them for you so that you don't miss anything essential and that you can also enjoy eating octopus in peace.
Count on a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, toaster and, of course, a refrigerator and freezer.

On the terrace you will find a spacious seating area when you want to enjoy food or coffee in the fresh air, and you will also find a large gas grill parked there.

The nearest beach is located approx. 400 meters from the villa, and the most popular beach (Zastup) is 1.2 km away.

- 4.5 km from the Olive Oil Museum (Uja Museum; where you can learn about the tradition of growing Brač olives and olive oil production on the island)
- only 5 km from the villa is the capital of the island of Brač, Supetar
- 8 km from the town of Splitska there is a sandy beach Lovrečina (together with an archaeological site)
- 24 km separates you from the unusual place Pustjina Blaca (be careful, part of the road must be covered only on foot)
- 35 km further you can taste the atmosphere of the Bol resort and sunbathe on the famous Zlatni rat beach

Of course, you don't have to go anywhere further. Feel free to let yourself be drawn into exploring the streets of the town of Splitska with its church (Župna crkva Blažene Djevice Marije) with important works of art and admire the former castle of the Cerinić family (Cerinićev dvorac) with its square tower. Alternatively, two more that were created at the beginning of the 20th century: Finkin's Palace (Finkin's Court) and Villa Ilirija.
Don't miss a walk to the nearby harbor. Who knows, maybe in its shallow part you will see sunken parts of the ancient harbor that once stood on this site. And when you go a little further outside the city, you will discover the ruins of the Church of St. Cores from the turn of the 5th and 6th centuries.
You can also take an easy walk to one of the ancient quarries, where the Brac stone was mined for the construction of palaces and houses, for example Diocletian's Palace in Split, or even the White House in Washington (quarry with a statue of Hercules; 1.2 km).

Of course, we also thought of our smallest guests. And it is clear to us that the vast majority of them will enjoy swimming. So be sure to pack inflatable wheels, mittens if they need them or even inflatable water balls.
