Here is a treatment for your eyes. At 1 Pogodna Street in Kudowa, you can regain your serenity as befits a former health resort: experiencing soothing senses, comfortable interiors and walking around the nearby spa park. Be sure to walk slowly. Our villa was once called "Nowy Świat House" and it housed a hotel, which makes its past even more romantic than we could have hoped. However, unlike Nowy Świat in Warsaw, you will not see crowds here. Even though it is in the very center of the historic holiday resort, the building dating back to the twilight of the 19th century is located far from the communication route. And although Kudowa can easily be described as a resort, we would sum up our impressions of this place in one word. Composure.
Romantics will find their place here. All those who get a thrill from imagining the stories of old summer vacationers resting in old villas. The same people may also appreciate the armchairs with a subtle line of armrests, which I upholstered myself with floral upholstery in the Morris style. They couldn't be missing here - after all, this is a project of a local factory, and furniture renovation is my greatest passion. Just behind it is skiing - so in the apartment you will find a modern drying room for equipment and a condenser dryer. Just a marriage of romanticism and practicality. And although I am a very active person on a daily basis, every time I come here I feel like sitting at the graduation tower like an 80-year-old patient. Take a walk to the pump room, drink strange-smelling water from a porcelain cup, slow down. The apartment by the park that I created in Kudowa-Zdrój is a place for self-care and reflection, but also an excellent base for skiing, cycling and mountain trails. Put the icing on this cake with a trip along the trail of fabulous Czech castles and it's a sure thing. This will be your most beautiful memory from your stay in the sanatorium.

The apartment located in the heart of Kudowa-Zdrój is a way to spend time in many ways at any time of the year.
Quick access to nearby ski resorts, over 200 km of nearby bicycle routes, plenty of tourist trails for trekking trips, wakesurfing on the Czech Rozkoš lake and a lot of nearby historical attractions in Lower Silesia and the Czech Republic.
The view of the Spa Park soothes the senses, but the proximity of city attractions is the advantage of our apartment.
You can benefit from therapeutic massages and a brine graduation tower.
In the evening you can go out for a delicious dinner and a delicious drink, but if you prefer to be lazy and stay at home, which we also understand perfectly, you can make yourself a drink, and the fully equipped kitchen will help you shine with your culinary skills ;)
We have made it a point of honor to ensure that you do not lack anything during your vacation.
You can dry your ski boots in a special drying room at the entrance to the apartment, you can safely store your bikes in the garage we provide you with, we also have small backpacks for hiking so you don't have to remember about them, and many other "fun things" (party games, TV series streaming platforms...) to make your holiday perfect.
