Kurhaus 'Neue Welt' Kudowa-Zdrój

The apartment on the ground floor of a pre-war villa consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds) connected by a common space: a kitchen and a living room with a dining room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with showers. From the terrace, which can be accessed from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen, there is a view of the charming garden belonging to the building. Although I tried to keep the romantic, spa atmosphere in the design of the apartment, which captivated me in Kudowa and its villas, I also made sure that it was comfortable and modern. On site there is a drying room for ski boots, skis and boards, there is also a condenser dryer. In the basement we have a garage, which does not fit a car, but is perfect for storing bicycles and other tourist equipment. To increase comfort, the floors in the bathrooms and in the corridor are heated. The equipment is well thought out and nothing is missing here. It's an apartment where you can organize, for example, family holidays and take practically nothing with you. The apartment can host you up to 6 people. In addition to two double bedrooms, we offer accommodation on a large sofa in the living room or 2 extra beds that can be placed in the bedroom (a good option, e.g. for families with children). There is a parking space in front of the building at your disposal.

The kitchen is comfortable and, although small, is modern and fully equipped. You can cook for yourself or go to one of the many restaurants in the area. We recommend to your attention, for example, the restaurant, where you will eat dishes based on regional products, but also tasty Italian pizza. It is also a place where you can go for a good coffee and a drink in the evening.

We like to come here in winter to ski the most - there are many great slopes in the area that will please the most demanding. A great ski resort is the Zieleniec Sport Arena in Duszniki-Zdrój. There are as many as 42 downhill runs, and the area is very extensive. Even during the holidays, when there are a lot of people there, it is not crowded. A smaller and more intimate resort that we like is Czarna Góra, 1 hour away. We take great pleasure in trips along the trail of spa towns, which we also recommend to you. On the route there are: Polanica-Zdrój, Duszniki-Zdrój, Długopole-Zdrój, Lądek-Zdrój… Each one has a slightly different character, a unique spa park, its own pump room and streets lined with historic villas. It's a bit like going back in time. North Bohemia is famous for its beautiful castles, and in its vicinity there are national parks, river canyons, rock towns and charming small towns with a historic street layout, with taverns where you can taste traditional Czech cuisine. The castles of Častolovice, Sloup, Jilemnice, the ruins of the Potštejn castle and the castle and town of Letohrad are waiting to be discovered. Each of these places has its own unique atmosphere. 35 minutes The road separates you from the large Czech lake Rozkoš, called the East Bohemian Sea. Especially water sports enthusiasts can enjoy it. There is a recreation complex with water equipment rental by the lake, but if you prefer to lie down in a more secluded place, you will also find such places around the lake. There are walking and mountain trails nearby (especially: Szlak na Zieleniec, Szczeliniec Wielki, Skalne Grzyby and Góra Wolarz). You have to visit the Stołowe Mountains National Park at least once in your life, and the Orlickie and Bystrzyckie Mountains are also very close - if you like walking along the trails, this area is perfect for spending an active holiday. Also, do not miss the largest singletrack project in Poland, which has over 260 km of downhill routes - cyclists, pack your equipment!
