For joy, it takes only 25 minutes to drive from the center of Warsaw. It will be hard for you to believe that it is still the capital - but it is. In the forest complex of the Radość district, in the shade of tall pines, there is an intimate villa in the Świdrza style. The old lady from whom we bought it used to say that there was everything you need to be happy here, except water. So we built a heated swimming pool that you can use even on rainy days. Do you think she would like it? We also took care of a sauna, a hot tub among the trees, and 2 bathing rooms. In one of them there is still an old tiled stove, which will be the best bath companion in winter. We invite you to a house that soothes your senses, dating back almost 100 years, which we have restored and adapted for shameless pleasure. Come for a romantic weekend for two or two friendly couples. For massages, lazing around in the garden, dinners with a glass of good wine on the porch. We feel that Gałczyński, who came up with the name "Świdermajer", never dreamed of such a summer resort.
The house from 1927 hides a modern, comfortable interior full of art and design. It is spacious, but we really wanted it to be as comfortable as possible, so we invite you here in a maximum of 4 people. We have prepared 2 double bedrooms upstairs.
There are 2 bathrooms at your disposal, actually bathing rooms with bathtubs. In one of them there used to be... a kitchen and the original tiled stove has remained there. On winter evenings, you can have a romantic bath in its warmth.
The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden of the area. 1700 m². On its premises there is a house with a sauna and a tub next to it, a heated swimming pool encourages relaxation, and on the wooden terrace you can lie down in a hammock or have dinner among the trees.
Peace and quiet are constant companions staying here. Although on the one hand we have neighbors, on the other hand the plot also belongs to us, and the whole area is very intimate.
We will welcome you with a surprise basket with local products from the market in Falenica, so that you don't have to worry about the first meal. In the house you will find an equipped kitchen, and you can go to one of the nearby restaurants at any time to eat something tasty.
Joy Village is a place where you can get bored with complete impunity. Forget about the duties waiting for you in the city for a few moments, and hide in a forest refuge, where everyday life will not touch you. It's so close that you don't even have to spend time traveling! A short car trip and you can:
– swim in a heated pool (approx. 32°C),
– splash in a hot tub with a jacuzzi hidden among the trees (in winter we recommend the option for walruses),
– read a book on a hammock or deckchair overlooking the garden,
– take long baths in one of the bathing rooms,
– order a massage in the beautiful, cozy interiors of your home,
– make a bonfire or barbecue,
– play darts or ball in the garden (take the equipment with you)
– when the weather is bad, drink coffee on the porch and look at the garden.
If you would like to rent a house for a special occasion, e.g. an anniversary or engagement, we can offer you something special. We will decorate the pool or hot tub with flower petals and create a romantic setting.
The house is full of pictures that I paint as a hobby. We want it to live - that's why the paintings regularly change their places and are often replaced. If you particularly like one, you can take it home with you. Just let me know you'd be interested in buying.
We are located in the buffer zone of the Masovian Landscape Park. Czesław Łaszek. We are surrounded by forest areas that will allow you to calm down and clear your head of excess thoughts. Bicycles and Nordic walking poles will be waiting for you at home. You can go for a bike ride in the forest or a longer walk. In winter, we recommend cross-country skiing (routes nearby). We can also organize a sleigh ride for you.
There is a nature reserve in the vicinity of Lake Torfy. The route includes a walk along the Swan Trail around the lake, ending with a small pier with a viewing point. Torfy Lake was created by flooding a former peat mine. It's a beautiful, marshy area - remember to wear good shoes in winter!
A little further there is another peat bog - Uroczysko Biały Ług, another gem of the Masovian Landscape Park. The picturesque swamp is full of white birch trees growing out of the wetlands.
You can go to Kinokawiarnia Stacja Falenica not only for a movie or coffee and cake, but also for a concert or a party. During the holidays, there is a Summer Music Stage at the station, and every Saturday there are dances to music from vinyl records.
And of course, don't skip the walk along the Świdermajers trail. The Świdrza style is the name of summer resort architecture emerging at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries southeast of Warsaw. Świdermajery takes its name from the Świder River flowing into the Vistula and is scattered along the route of the so-called Otwock line of the Vistula Railway. You will see them in Anin, Międzylesie, Radość, Zbójna Góra, Józefów, Świder. They reach as far as Otwock. Every year in May/June, the Świdermajer Festival takes place, which includes vernissages, outdoor exhibitions, workshops, lectures, concerts, historical walks and other interesting events.

In a spacious house you will easily find a space to work. We do not have a desk, but there is a table in the dining room and at least a few comfortable armchairs and a large sofa with a footstool in the living room.
