Under the peak of Lachów Groń, at the end of a country road, we have created a habitat that blends in with the landscape. You will feel like you are at God's house behind the stove, and you will also find wooden toys for children. Three cottages built like traditional Beskid houses will ensure comfort. For carefree - colorful meadows and the proximity of the forest filled to the brim with berries and mushrooms when the season comes. The sauna, hot tub and evening bonfires will bring you pleasure. Full bellies will take you to full happiness, which we will take care of with breakfast baskets and ready-made meals that only need to be heated. We will welcome you warmly, provide adults with respite and pure fun for children. And if you feel like it, we will organize workshops with artists. From watercolor, jewelry making, ceramics, embroidery or educational. Or a very relaxing massage.
Come for family relaxation, rural idyll, learning something new, mountain views and Beskid trails.
In Koszarawa, at the foot of Buciorysz (also known as Lachów Groń), at the end of a country road and right next to the forest, we created a settlement. Three houses fit into the idyllic landscape, their form refers to traditional Beskid cottages and treat guests with an insane mountain view from the terraces at an altitude of 800 m above sea level.
Each of the houses has the same layout and equipment, they differ in colors, leitmotif and elements of interior design. They have an idyllic and homely atmosphere. Get to know Meadow, Herbarium and Grove:
– on the ground floor there are: a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen combined with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower,
- on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a toilet.
One bedroom has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and space to put a travel cot. In the second one there are two pull-out beds (i.e. 4 sleeping places) and a wardrobe.
Each of the houses has 75 m² - a space ideal for 6 people.
There are large, roofed terraces in front of the houses, where you can sit, lie down, meditate, and leave bicycles, prams and other equipment.
The area surrounding the houses is large and green. At your disposal will be: a place for a bonfire, hammocks, a sauna, a tub, a green football field and a garden full of paths. We also live on site and are at your disposal if you need it. The inconspicuous and harmless Maltese Grom, a favorite of children, lives with us.
If you like to cook, you will certainly find yourself in our spacious kitchens. We equipped them well and took care of: an oven with a microwave function, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a fridge and all the necessary cooking equipment and basic spices, including olive oil and vinegar.
If you don't like cooking or you just like it when someone takes care of this aspect of reality when you are on vacation - we will gladly bring you a breakfast basket full of delicacies to your door. We compose it according to the principle: "we feed our guests with what we like the most". And we like to invent, improvise, use seasonal products and make sure that the basket includes what is fresh, local and from proven suppliers. There will be something hot, something sweet, fresh bread, various homemade spreads, seasonal vegetables, local cheeses, smoked fish and cold cuts. We also offer the possibility of buying ready-made lunches in jars or frozen (seasonal soups, ales or dumplings). We have our own greenhouse and vegetable garden, and we also like to share the delicacies grown in them.
In the common space there is a place for a bonfire, where you can bake - according to your preferences - sausages or potatoes, there will also be a grill with a cauldron at your disposal.
Anyone who loves the mountains will certainly not be bored with us. We have created our habitat for families, groups of friends, people with a passion for sports and all those who dream of a quiet holiday with a view of the mountains. You will be looking at them from 800 m above sea level.
In addition to looking at the mountain peaks, we have for you:
– a large, green area for walking, lying down and sitting (also consider hiding, because numerous nooks and crannies make this possible),
– a place for a bonfire where you can integrate with yourself and other guests,
– sauna for body relaxation,
– jacuzzi for bathing under the stars,
– board games for evening games,
– badminton rackets for battles on grass,
– hammocks for naps and reading books you haven't had time for in a long time,
– a garden full of paths where you can walk,
– proximity to the forest, which is full of berries and mushrooms in the season,
– a playground and garden games that are fun not only for children
- a shelter with ping-pong and darts, perfect even on rainy days
Moreover, numerous artistic workshops take place in our settlement. You can always bring home a handmade item from your holiday with us, it may be a jug made on a potter's wheel, a decoration embroidered on an embroidery hoop, a watercolor, a wax candle or a set of jewelry made of silver or resin with the addition of dried flowers. All workshops are conducted by artists with extensive knowledge and passion that they can spread!
If you are interested in any workshops, please let us know when booking. If it doesn't work out before your arrival, let us know on site, we will check who of the presenters has time during your stay and we will offer you possible workshop options :)
Right next to us we have a wealth of mountain trails and paths. Lovers of ski touring, hiking and cycling will be delighted.
The Koszarawa River flows close to us, which in most places is a gentle stream for playing, but there are also places where dams have been built and you can easily swim on hot days.

What’s there for children?
Our habitat was created for families with children. It is a space for many games and creating the best memories. The atmosphere of summer in the countryside is unusual. The smell of burdock floats in the air, flower meadows wave in the wind, and mountain streams bring coolness on hot days. Children build dams, look for the prettiest stones and marvel at every worm they encounter.
First of all, we have a lot of space around the houses, where you can run and play to the fullest. Numerous nooks and crannies create ideal conditions for playing hide and seek.
For the youngest and those a little older, we have prepared a grassy pitch and football goals, as well as garden games, team games sets and wooden toys (including Jenga XXL, one-meter sticks). Our children do not have time to get bored here, so there is a good chance that yours will also feel good with us.
From time to time there will also be an opportunity to try something new in our settlement - we are planning workshops in ceramics turned on a potter's wheel, embroidery, watercolor, resin jewelry, dried flowers and felt. If a group of volunteers gathers, we can organize workshops on a specific day of your stay, if you are interested, let us know.
What’s there for employees?
Our internet is fast as the wind, so we invite you to work with us, necessarily combined with leisure. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms, but it is most pleasant to click from the terrace (choose from a deckchair or a table and a chair).
