At a glance
Morning mist floats over Lake Tajty. Fish in the water and anglers do not sleep. The inhabitants of the cape are slowly waking up. Another beautiful day begins in Osada Wilkasy. Early risers go with coffee to one of the two piers and watch the first sailboats sailing towards the Niegociński Canal and further to Lake Niegocin. Busy people jump right on the SUP. Sleepers will miss the flaut of dawn. In summer, the Great Trail of Masurian Lakes teems with life. Well, unless you come to us in spring, autumn or winter. Then silence on the sea, silence on the peninsula. We like it the most.
Our cape is generally calm. Surrounded on three sides by a lake, forested, sheltered by reeds. There is a settlement with 5 houses (4-person) to observe the water. Two of them are connected by terraces and located at the tip of the promontory, and the other 3 on the shore, several meters away. All of them have a few steps to the water, piers located right next to them (two), large terraces, a fireplace for a bonfire. The houses are intended rather for adults and teenagers, because the ladders leading to the mezzanine and the lack of infrastructure for children may not make it easier for parents with little ones to rest.

There is no saying no to this plot. We bought it years ago for private use. However, when we cleared it and put it in order, we decided that this goodness should be shared. So we came up with a quiet settlement, my husband designed and partially built the houses, we built piers and a marina for boats, we hung hammocks. We are slowly moving towards our dream goal. We want Osada to be a peaceful, beautiful place and that our guests feel as good here as we do. We try to be there as often as possible, which is why one of the houses is occupied by us - the hosts. However, it is best for us here in spring, winter and autumn, when tourists forget about Masuria and we are completely alone in Wilkasy.
