Tiny House Osada Wilkasy

Our settlement is 0.5 ha of land surrounded by water and 5 houses for guests. We - the hosts - reside in the sixth. Each house has the same layout - they are designed for 4 (max. 6) people and have: - two bedrooms on mezzanines - with a double mattress on one and two single ones on the other, - a living area with a corner, a table and a kitchenette, - a bathroom with a shower, - terrace with furniture, - place for a bonfire. Two houses (No. 1 and 2) are connected by terraces and stand at the very end of the promontory. You can rent them in a set: two houses for friends or independently. These houses give a lot of intimacy and privacy, because they are distant from the other three and are surrounded by water on three sides. They have their own descent into the water (gentle) and their own pier. The next houses (4, 5 and 6) are located in a cascade, towards the shore, several dozen meters from houses 1 and 2. Each has a view of the water and about 10 steps to the lake. These houses also have their own pier and a large grassy beach with a gentle descent to the water.

Welcome to the peninsula. On the Great Masurian Lakes Trail, on Lake Tajty, with Giżycko on the other shore. This is how we lie. Peaceful, quiet, among the trees. You have at your disposal the entire private promontory with an area of 0.5 ha. There are 6 houses here (5 houses for guests and one ours - Gospodarski). Each cottage has a terrace, each has a view of the water and a fire pit. We have two piers on the promontory - one at the very end of the peninsula - available to guests of cottages 1 and 2, and the other at cottages 4,5 and 6. The second pier is also a small port, so you can come to us with your own boat or moor your water equipment here . Of course, you can sunbathe on the piers, fish from the piers, jump into the water or go down the ladders, drink your morning coffee, practice yoga, enjoy the view of the water. Where possible, we hang hammocks so that you can hide with a book. We have SUP boards at your disposal. You can rent a sailboat (near us) and go on a cruise between the lakes or jump to Lake Niegocin and try your hand at windsurfing (Wioska Surfów). You can rent basically all water equipment in the vicinity. We highly recommend you to visit us after the summer season - when Masuria is depopulated and when our peninsula is an island on a calm assessment. In summer, the lake and the surrounding shores are teeming with life, because we are located near the Niegociński Canal connecting Lakes Tajty and Niegocin. If you take your bikes with you, the entire Masurian Bicycle Loop is waiting for you. On the other hand, there are two MTB routes at the Boyen Fortress. Speaking of Fortress. Stop there for sightseeing (armorer's workshop, stable with a coach house, powder laboratory, "Sword" barracks). During the holidays, many concerts, cabaret performances and other cultural events take place in the Fortress amphitheater.
