First, we took care of a guesthouse with 4 apartments, which has been an oasis for families with children for years. In 2020, my father and I renovated Grandma Halinka's House, built in 1895 of red brick. And in 2023, we will give you the House of Grandpa Klemens - my father's father and a great zdun player. House for 8 people, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and spacious kitchen.

This is what Uroczysko Lutówko looks like in all its glory. Beautiful area by the lake, private beach and so many attractions that it's hard to move. Bicycles, kayaks, boats, a barbecue shelter, a great playground, sports fields, a pier, a sauna and a jacuzzi. We will not list everything because we will exhaust the character limit. You will share the garden, beach and attractions with other guests of Uroczysko, but this is not a problem, because only good people flock to us. So while you are camping in the shelter, your children will be having fun on the playground with their new friends. Build sandcastles, play football on the pitch, hit a dart with a paddle, spin on a carousel and roll on the grass. Come to the Krajeńskie Lake District, to a family place full of memories.

In Uroczysko by the lake, where there is a guest house, Grandma Halinka's House (exclusively) and now Grandpa Klemens' House has joined it.

The house is designed for 8 people, it has a view of the lake, forest and garden. The house has:
- a large open living room with an area of 64 m2 with a relaxation area, a sofa with a sleeping function (for 1 person), an armchair, a coffee table, a chest of drawers with a 50-inch TV, a dining room with a large wooden table and chairs,
- a large kitchen for self-catering,
- two bathrooms with shower,
- 3 spacious bedrooms: in two bedrooms there are 2 comfortable beds each with the possibility of any configuration, in the third bedroom there are 3 beds with the possibility of any configuration, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, bedside tables, chairs,
- terrace with garden furniture, gas grill.

Price includes:
A common fenced recreational plot by the lake with a place for sunbathing and playing, a small playground, a zone with a designated bathing area, a pier and floating equipment, the plot is locked only for our guests. (80m from the facility).
Rental of kayaks, boats, or pedal boats.
Beach chairs.
Rental of mountain bikes and children's bikes (2 bikes are equipped with child seats).
Volleyball court and mini football field.
Badminton.

I have no doubts about your culinary skills, so you'll surely enjoy delicious meals. The house has a large, fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. You'll find a large four-burner electric hob, extractor hood, kettle, drip coffee maker, large microwave, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, a full set of dishes, plates, and all the necessary accessories for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The spacious dining room with a table for eight allows you to enjoy shared meals, and a shelter with a fire pit awaits you in the garden. This is where the afternoon siesta begins, which usually ends late at night. We'll make sure everything is sparkling clean the next day and ready for the next barbecue, for example, fish caught from our lake. The forests are abundant with mushrooms – they taste delicious in scrambled eggs. We strive to ensure your stay is comfortable, so you can enjoy golden apples or farm eggs in the apartments. You can also buy eggs and vegetables from a local farmer on site. Let us know, and we'll help you arrange the transaction.

If cooking isn't an option, it's time to get outdoors. The nearest restaurants, pizzerias, and bars are in Sępólno Krajeńskie, 7 km from our village. Among them, I recommend the Hvarska restaurant (Italian pasta, oven-baked pizza, and fish) and the Słoneczna restaurant. The interior isn't the most inviting, but you'll get good home-cooked meals there.

Together with my dad, we have made every effort so that you cannot complain about boredom. Most of the attractions we offer are at your disposal completely free of charge. Make yourself comfortable in this beautiful corner of the Krajeńskie Lake District, among untouched nature, with large specimens under the water surface and animals in the forest.

The Krajeński Landscape Park is worth getting to know from every side. Water, forest, meadow. It consists of numerous reserves, forest refuges, nature monuments, river valleys and over 100 lakes distinguished by crystal clear water. Do not be surprised when in the evening by the fire you hear the piercing voice of the black cormorant.

Autumn is the time of big fish and big mushrooms. In the lake you can catch beautiful pike, zander, perch, roach, bream and tench. You can fish directly from our private jetty or boat. The lake itself is managed by the Polish Angling Association, and periodic fishing permits can be purchased directly on the website: www.eokon.pl or at the fishing club No. 121 in Sępólno Krajeńskie. In the forests of Krajna, collect boletes, black heads, chanterelles and boletes, kites, bay boletes, red mushrooms and rare mushrooms commonly known as goat's beard.

An additional advantage are various types of bicycle, hiking and canoe trails, thanks to which you can admire the surrounding nature all year round. At home you will find detailed descriptions and maps of nearby trails, specially prepared for you.

In the area:
- City beach with a large pier, with a wide and long entrance to the water with a hard bottom, and a playground (50 m from the facility).
- Horse riding with an instructor in the neighborhood or in a friendly Astra stable (10 km, contact is available on site).
- Człuchów Castle - the Order's second largest castle after Malbork.
- In Człuchów, it is also worth seeing the former brewery, the market square with tenement houses, the former stagecoach station, - the ruins of the fortified manor in Orle.
- Impressive ruins of an eclectic palace in Runów Krajeński.
- The stone and brick railway bridge in Bytów is one of the most attractive viewpoints in the entire Landscape Park.

Lake Lutowskie at your fingertips, a private beach and a pier, a separate place for swimming for children. At your disposal are boats, kayaks and a large water bike. Parents will certainly help in rowing, and toddlers and older children in life jackets will be able to try their hand at fishing. Watch out for giant pike!

We also have a mini court for legs and volleyball, badminton, ping-pong table and bicycles with chairs for the youngest. From morning to evening, the playground is occupied with turrets, a tunnel, slides, swings, a crow's nest, a climbing wall, a sandbox, a trampoline and a merry-go-round. It will be extra!!!
