You sit with a book on the wide windowsill in the kitchen, from time to time you look out the large window at the endless fields and the old cherry tree. The household members will wake up soon and then the preparation of breakfast and planning of the day will begin. Maybe today you will go on a bike ride to Konradów, go to geological workshops, and in the evening you will take part in a night tour of the Gorzanów Palace? Or maybe you will limit your movement radius to the next few kilometers and spontaneous walks along the surrounding field roads and forest paths? Hammocks and a hot tub can completely ruin your plans because they tempt you with doing nothing - and they're right. Hardly anyone can be bored these days, but it's worth it. No matter what you plan, you always have a cozy base for up to 13 people in Heaven and Paradise. The large house has stood in the heart of the Kłodzko region for generations and is not going anywhere. Here it will reveal old brick and beams, there it will show off a new floor and floral wallpaper. It will prove that its greatest advantage is comfort. There is also a new addition to the habitat - a small house, which we treat as an addition to the large one. If 9 places in a large house are not enough for you, you can include a small house in the package and expand the space to 13 nights (the distance between the houses is 70 meters).
We invite you to Nowy Waliszów, between the Krowiarki range and the Idzikowo Plateau, at an altitude of 450 m above sea level.
Welcome to the Kłodzko Land, at an altitude of approx. 450 m above sea level. Here, with the Panna stream behind us and a hectare of land around, stands our homestead. Entirely at your disposal and exclusively. We rent the entire house (2 houses for 13 people) or just the large house for 9 people. We do not rent the small house separately. The small house is always an “extra” to the large one.
We have two houses here for one group:
- The “Raj” house is old, Sudety, large: with space for 8 or even 9 people (we have 3 bedrooms, where there are mainly double beds and extra beds),
- “Niebo” is a small house, treated as an extra to the large one: for another 4 people.
The houses are separated from each other by approx. 70 meters.
The Raj house has an area of 150 m2 and has:
- a spacious living room with a fireplace, a space with two sofas, table football, a piano, an exit to the terrace,
- above the living room there is a mezzanine with a desk and a rocking chair, as well as a corner for the youngest. On the perimeter next to the living room we have a large kitchen with a dining room. Here is a table and a place for 10-12 people. Oven, induction hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, large fridge. We have 1 bathroom with a shower,
- two toilets,
- 3 bedrooms (1x bed 140 cm + fold-out armchair, 1x bed 140 cm, 1x bed 160 cm + fold-out bed 160 cm).
The Heaven House has an area of 32 m2 and has:
- in the living area there is a sofa bed, bunk bed, fireplace, table with chairs,
- there is also a kitchenette equipped with basic appliances (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, blender),
- separate bathroom with shower,
- small hallway.
Our property, although large, is not fenced, so keep an eye on your dogs and cats. For the animals there are: beds, fresh blankets, mats and bowls. Outside there are many relaxation areas (tables, chairs, deckchairs, benches, hammocks). There is a playground. There is a place for a bonfire. A gazebo, or rather a banquet shelter with an area of 40m2. There is a Finnish bath. We have access to a mobile sauna.
In a large house there is a large kitchen with a dining room and everything you need to organize a feast. In the small house there is also a kitchenette equipped with basic equipment (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, espresso machine).
Pack up as befits the mountains (chains in winter) and come to Nowy Waliszów. We have an entire exclusive habitat and a hectare of land for you. Endlessness of meadows, walking paths and a stream behind the house (closer to the road). We have about 800 m to the forest, so you can go for walks, bikes and mushrooms. In summer and autumn, these "mushrooms" run around the forests from the morning, but if you prefer to sleep until noon, we recommend trips in front of the house, to our meadow or with a basket to the bonfire area - they also grow there.
In our large area at your disposal is:
- tub with hot water (extra charge),
- grill zone,
- several places to organize a bonfire,
- hammocks,
- a substitute for the beach,
- a few places with tables and chairs for a quiet retreat.
And at home:
- table football,
- old piano.
The nature of the Eastern Sudetes is amazing all around. It is close to Śnieżnik and Czarna Góra, the Bear Cave and the great Radochowska Cave. We are in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, so all health resorts are within a radius of 12-15-35 km. We also have a great location due to walking and cycling routes.
- By bike: singletrack. There are over 200 km of them and new ones are created every year. The nearest professional routes: "Konradów Biała Woda", "Through Karczmisko", "Międzygórze niebieska 3" and "Stronie Niebieska". Several short enduro trails of various difficulty levels, including those for 5-6-year-old children, are available in the summer season on the slopes of Czarna Góra, just 13 km from us.
- Grotołazowo: Jaskinia Radochowska, one of the largest caves in the Sudetes. Visiting the cave and walking through narrow cracks takes place in the light of headlamps, which you will receive together with the helmets on site. The Bear Cave is one of the most beautiful in Poland. A great trip for kids and adults. Open all year round (in winter you can see sleeping bats). Next to the cave of the Museum of the Earth. We recommend booking in advance and buying tickets online. It is best to plan 2-3 days in advance.
- Skiing: Czarna Góra and LuxTorpeda in Stronie Śląskie
- Geologically: in the area we have several spots that abound in geological treasures, but we also recommend workshops under the supervision of professionals. Take a look at FB "GEOPasja - geological workshops" and make an appointment in advance for a joint search for colorful rocks.
- Wspinaczkowo: Open Climbing Championship of Kłodzko Land (Kłodzko).
Culturally, there is also something to do:
- In the Palace in Gorzanów you can catch a night tour by candlelight and moonlight. Check when the Palace organizes another such event.
- We also recommend a night tour of the Kłodzko Fortress and the Srebrna Góra Fortress.
- And behind the border, in Lądek Zdrój, an important event takes place every year - the Górski Festival im. A. Zawada. For the slightly younger, we recommend inspiring workshops, screenings and meetings as part of the "Young Mountains Festival".
- Also in Lądek there is another festival called "Summer Clash of Theatres".
Children will have their hands full of work here, black feet and sand in their hair. But these are signs of happiness. For the little ones we have prepared a large sandbox, two houses (one on legs with a terrace, the other with a veranda), a trampoline, a professional mud kitchen, hammocks, swings, a small playground.
You can dig in the large sandbox, cook nettle and pinecone soup for dinner, and ice cream from young nuts (you can pick them straight from the tree) for dessert. In the evening, make a bonfire with your parents and go for a walk in search of deer.
With your parents, you can go behind the house (large) and make a hut there or build a bridge over the stream or soak your feet in icy water or launch paper ships. We have kites because it is often windy on the hill. We have a corner on the mezzanine when it rains and is cold. And when it snows, you can ride on our sleds and other ride-ons, sliding on the nearby hill.
We've tested our internet and it's mega efficient, so if you work remotely, don't worry about anything. We have fiber optics that will help you calm your nerves and regenerate even after negative feedback from your boss.
