Make yourself comfortable in a house located on a forest plot in Topolin, only 300 m from the Narew River. You can rest with us for up to 6 adults and 2 children. There is a climate of a former summer resort here, which in our opinion has a lot of charm. Just look at this sunny kitchen and colorful bathroom! In the house there are: - a bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor, – bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed (non-lockable), – a kitchen with a dining area and a living area with a sofa bed and a fireplace, – stationary baby cot on the first floor, - travel cot on request. – a bathroom with a bathtub. The cottage has a small, partially covered veranda, where you can put a sun lounger. If you would like to come to us with 6 people, then 2 people will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room connected to the kitchen. It is possible, but we feel that you will be most comfortable here with 4 adults. The house is surrounded by a forest garden with an area of 1000 m². It is tightly fenced with a metal fence with a foundation - this is important information for animal owners. On the plot there is a barbecue gazebo, a garden table and chairs. There are also hammocks between the trees and sunbeds. Quiet social evenings are welcome with us, but we ask you not to organize parties. After 22 participants of loud conversations, we invite you inside so that the voices do not carry through the forest. We also warn you that there are flies, mosquitoes and ticks - as in the forest. There is no option that they will not be there, so we ask you to protect yourself with insect repellent preparations and check your body after returning from walks, so as not to bring a stowaway with you.

In the kitchen you will not lack anything to cook yourself the way you like. On warm days, we encourage you to use the grill under the shelter - in the forest surroundings, everything you throw on the grill tastes even better. If you adhere to the principle of "I don't eat just anything" and you value shopping straight from the producers, there are farms near us where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, cold cuts and meat.

The slow relaxation version includes: reading books in a hammock, sunbathing on a deckchair on the veranda, an intimate picnic among the trees and pleasant evenings and afternoons spent at the barbecue. We also have something extremely relaxing. We have started cooperation with Kasia, who runs her own aromatherapy studio and can conduct anti-stress workshops for you, including breathing techniques, learning self-massage and a concert of Tibetan singing bowls. Active people can choose: hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, bunker climbing in nearby Janówek, horse riding and even sailing. We are located 300 m in a straight line from Narew. This means that for part of the year you have to cover such a short distance to get there on foot. However, there are days when the oxbow lakes overflow and access to the river is difficult and you have to take a more roundabout route to reach the shore. Either way – the river is waiting! If you need support in reaching the Narew oxbow lake or nearby peat bogs, we have 2 pairs of waders for you (male and female). There are also two lakes in the area: Ławeczno, the banana-shaped lake near the cross at ul. Szlachecka (at least that's what the locals say about it, it's not marked with any name on the map) or the larger lake. A key where you can go fishing. It is best to get to the shore from Sikora. The lakes are not suitable for swimming, but you can go there and have a nice time. Lovers of water, swimming and sunbathing have certainly heard about the nearby Zegrze Reservoir with a beach in Nieporęt (in summer it is filled to the brim with sunbathers). You can rent equipment for all water sports there. However, if you prefer a more intimate atmosphere, an interesting alternative is the beach in Wieliszew (8 km). If you are into extreme sports, great experiences await you in nearby Trzciany. There you will find a water ski lift with equipment rental. However, if you do not want to share the river bank with anyone, there are many wild beaches on the Narew River. We have proven places and we will be happy to share them. If you love wildlife you will not be disappointed. In the nearby forests you can easily spot numerous roe deer, wild boars, foxes, hares, hedgehogs and even moose. You can also put on free waders (men's and women's sizes) and go with binoculars to the nearby Narew oxbow lakes and swamps to spend time even closer to nature. There are many species of birds living in the immediate vicinity (including great tits, blue tits, robins, linnets, owls, storks, herons, buzzards, jays, nightingales). The pleasant bird song can be heard constantly from dawn to dusk. Bird concerts are loudest in spring and summer, just sit back in a hammock and listen. There is a free outdoor tennis court in nearby Łajska (you just need to make an appointment and bring your own equipment). You can also visit family rope parks located in Pomiechówek and Jachranka. In Pomiechówek there is a complex with a nature trail, a rope park and a beach - Park Dolina Wkry. In the Wieliszew commune, three tourist and patriotic trails have been designated with a total length of 160 km, and the most convenient way to travel them is by bike. The routes have been designed in such a way that both history enthusiasts and nature lovers should be satisfied. In addition, there are approximately 100 km of designated bicycle routes. Two adult bicycles will be at your disposal. One of them has a seat for children up to 20 kg. In autumn, the Festival of Social and Cultural Activity of Villages takes place, where you can listen to local legends and try regional cuisine. The festival is held every year in a different town in the Legionowo district. It is worth visiting the Goose Festival in Legionowo (with a mini town of old crafts) and ProgRockFest, which proves that rock music is more than just guitar playing. You can listen to music that is not on the front pages of newspapers or TV charts.
