Other rules 1. Before check-in, the tenant is obliged to pick up the house: check the furniture, windows, sanitary facilities and other devices. The Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor or an authorized person about the need to make repairs or visible defects of the house, but before starting to use it.
2. Lack of comments from the Tenant regarding damage within 3 hours from handing over the keys means that the Tenant has no objections to the entire facility.
3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco and other drugs in the house and other buildings. Breaking the ban results in charging a fee for ozonation in the amount of PLN 2,500.
4. Smoking on the property, outside the buildings is allowed in the designated place.
5. On the premises of the property, it is forbidden to smoke in places not intended for it, leave open fire unattended, use irons, cookers and heating devices other than those provided, as well as other devices that may cause a fire hazard.
6. Users of the grill and bonfire are obliged to put out the fire (i.e. do not leave the fire on overnight or after leaving the premises) and leave it clean after use.
7. The Lessee is obliged to segregate garbage in the described containers.
8. The Landlord is obliged to maintain and return the house in a non-deteriorated condition, taking into account the normal use of the facility and the area surrounding the house, leaving clean rooms, washed dishes and kitchen equipment as well as sanitary facilities.
9. In the house, it is not allowed to use devices that may cause a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, gas burners, electric blankets, etc. It is forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the house.
10. The Lessee is obliged to properly secure the property, i.e. to carefully close all gates, entrance doors and windows before leaving the property and to store keys without the possibility of unauthorized access to them.
11. The tenant may not transfer or make the house available to third parties.
12. The house is intended for use by 6 people. Staying in the facility of more people must be preceded by the consent of the Lessor. Staying more people without arrangements will result in termination of the contract without refund for the unused period of stay.
13. Only guests reported by the Lessee are authorized to stay permanently on the property; however, the stay of children and teenagers under the age of 18 on the premises is allowed only under the care of adults. Persons who are not Tenants and staying in the premises at the Tenant's invitation are obliged to leave the premises by 10 p.m. The Lessee is responsible for them, including compliance with the provisions of these Regulations by these persons.
14. The Tenant is allowed to park vehicles weighing up to 2.5 t on the premises. Parking is free and unguarded. The Lessor is not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage of these vehicles and the property left in them.
15. The Lessor is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring at independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of utilities, including water, electricity, gas or telecommunications services.
16. In the event that the Tenant significantly violates the peace and/or good of the neighbors and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of social coexistence, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the Tenant's stay in the house without the right to pay for the unused period of stay.
17. If, as a result of an offense against the curfew in force from 23:00 to 6:00, the Landlord, an authorized person or another person is forced to call the Police, the Landlord has the right to immediately terminate the contract without reimbursement for the unused period of stay.
18. Access to the lake and water activities as well as the use of floating equipment are the sole responsibility of the Lessee. The Lessor does not verify the Lessee's skills and authorizations to use water equipment. The swimming pool is unguarded. The Lessee is responsible for his own safety and the safety of minors.
19. In the event of a damage or technical defect, the Lessee should notify the Lessor or an authorized person about it immediately after finding it, by phone at the following telephone number:
20 The Lessor has the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, retaining the entire amount due for the rental, in the event of a gross violation of these Regulations or causing damage by the Lessee.
22. The Lessee undertakes to comply with the internal regulations and instructions regarding the use of the hot tub, sauna and other equipment for which the Lessor has made these documents available.
