1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
1.1. KuJezioru used in the lease agreement and the Regulations means an entrepreneur under the name F.H.U.Klaudia Sadowska 87-
500 Rypin Cetki 13, NIP number 8921444351; Contact with the Guest will be made primarily by road
by telephone, by e-mail, and in special cases in writing.
1.2. The Regulations specify the conditions of booking and renting the House, understood as handing over the building to the Guest for use together with
equipment for short-term stays of people, for residential purposes, in particular for recreation or tourism.
1.3. Making a reservation is also constituting the conclusion of a Cottage Rental Agreement between KuJezioru and the Guest
conditions specified in the Regulations, Stay Regulations and on special conditions contained in correspondence with
Guest. KuJezioru may require confirmation of the conclusion of the Lease Agreement in writing at the time of issuance
cottage.
1.4. When making a reservation, the Guest must declare that he or she has read the above regulations.
2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT.
2.1. Reservations can be made as follows:
a. by e-mail to the address provided on the website biuro@kutezioru.pl
b. through the reservation system located on the website www.KuJezioru.pl,
c. by phone,
d. via portals such as booking.com, aloha, Airbnb, naodludziu
2.2. In each variant, after making a reservation, the guest receives an e-mail regarding the reservation and its conditions
containing check-in details. The price must be confirmed by KuJezioru by phone or in person
booking confirmation. All prices offered by Kujezioru include the prices valid at the time of booking
VAT. At the Guest's request, KuJezioru may issue an invoice.
2.3. The reservation is confirmed after payment of the deposit or the entire amount, the amount of which is specified in the e-mail
according to the offer. The deposit must be paid by traditional transfer.
2.4. Failure to pay the deposit referred to in point 2.3 within the specified period means termination of the Lease Agreement without
the need to take any action on the part of KuJezior or the Guest.
2.5. The guest is obliged to pay the remaining amount for the stay on the day of arrival, including in the event of shortening the stay
The guest is not entitled to a refund for unused days if it is not due to circumstances attributable to the guest
KuJezioru.
2.6. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, wireless Internet, TV, utilities (water, gas, electricity,
heating), final cleaning, parking.
2.7. KuJezioru reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit from the Guest on the day of his/her arrival.

2.8. Any changes to the reservation should be made by e-mail and will take effect after
confirmed by KuJezioru. KuJezioru reserves the right to refuse to make changes to the terms of the Agreement if:
for objective reasons this will not be possible. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement due to inability to implement
changes in the terms of the Rental Agreement, the Guest is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
3. ACCOMMODATION.
3.1. The guest is obliged to notify KuJezior by e-mail or telephone about the time of arrival

3.2. The standard hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. IN
In exceptional cases, later departure is possible until 12:00, but it must be confirmed in advance by
KuJezioru. Accommodation later at night (after 24:00) is only possible by prior arrangement
for an additional fee – PLN 150.
3.3. KuJezioru reserves the right not to issue keys and to refuse accommodation to persons under the influence
alcohol, drugs, behaving aggressively and thus creating direct
danger to other people and property.
3.4. The house has a private parking space, located on the property next to the Kujezioru house
