We are pleased to welcome you between the Sieradowicki Landscape Park and the Świętkorzyski National Park. We are located at the foot of Góra Sieradowska itself. Have you ever been to these places? Perhaps not. And we want to show you that it is beautiful in Świętkorzyska. Due to the fact that this region has few fanatics, it is still quiet, clean and you have to make an effort to meet someone on a walk. On the outskirts of the village of Siekierno, we found an old, abandoned settlement, surrounded by wild lilacs, old apple trees, overgrown with ground elder and deprived of its splendor. We like challenges and places with history, so we thought "we can't do it?!" We renovated a 100-year-old cottage in Świętokrzyskie with the respect it deserved, and we adapted its cowshed, a cowshed, in a loft style. It's up to you to decide: do you prefer an idyllic holiday like at grandma's or a holiday in a cozy loft with a sauna? Or maybe you will come to us as two friendly families? Then you will have the entire habitat area to yourself. We invite you for delightful moments in the Świętokrzyskie region. It's so slow here that even witches flying to the Sabbath slow down.
My House is a wooden house from the first half of the 20th century. It has:
– 2 bedrooms in the attic,
· one with a double bed,
· one with 2 single beds,
– living room with dining room and fireplace,
– fully equipped kitchen,
– bathroom with shower,
– covered terrace with a view of Góra Sieradowska.
Your House was adapted from a 100-year-old barn. It has:
– living room with kitchenette,
– mezzanine adapted into 2 separate spaces, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds (the space is open and there are no doors between the parts),
– bathroom with a shower connected to a sauna.
Your cottage includes a roofed gazebo.
Both houses are located close to each other, on one farm.
Our space is fenced, but not in a way that would prevent pets from escaping (the wooden fence has large spaces between the boards.
In each of the houses you will find a kitchenette where you can prepare your favorite dishes.
In Mój Domek you will have the opportunity to eat meals on a charming covered terrace. Your House, in turn, has a gazebo.
In front of you will be the Sieradowicki Landscape Park, which for many is still an undiscovered land. You can take the blue trail on a trip to the Burrzący Stok spring, get to know the partisan base from World War II. next to the Ponurego Cave and go to the Kamionka reservoir in Suchedniów. Gustaw Herling-Grudziński's route described in the book "Another World", which Gustaw Herling-Grudziński walked in his youth, is just starting in Suchedniów.
Behind you lies the Świętokrzyskie National Park with Łysica, the highest peak of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains. We encourage you to get to know this band. Several trails run through the park: red from Święta Katarzyna to Trzcianka via Łysica, blue from Bodzentyn (Miejska Góra) to Święta Katarzyna, blue from Nowa Słupia to Święta Krzyż (Łysa Góra). Hundred-year-old firs, beeches and larches grow on the mountain slopes. Gołoborza, i.e. rocky rubble, is characteristic of the Świętokrzyskie Mountains. These are some of the oldest rocks in Poland! Some of them may be up to 500 million years old.
In winter, you can use the "Sabat" ski station in the buffer zone of the Świętokrzyskie National Park. It is located at 425 m above sea level, at the foot of Łysica. There is a ski equipment rental at the resort.
What’s there for children?
We have prepared a place for children to play, board games, puzzles, table football and darts. It's impossible to get bored here, and our cottages and the habitat area are the perfect choice for a family holiday. Bicycles will also be at your disposal, including bicycles for children and teenagers.
What’s there for employees?
Although you can get WiFi here, the connection quality is average. You will be able to reply to e-mails or stay in touch with co-workers, but we wouldn't prepare for advanced work.
