I welcome you to my beloved piece of the world surrounded by vineyards and wine cellars. In a place where the rhythm of life is determined by nature - bees, wine and our more than 100-year-old yeast. I will share with you our sweet piece of the world. One for whom I gave up a good job and life in the capital. She returned home, to her native village and finally ended up with the bees. And that love is so great that even my allergy does not deter me from it. Instead, with joint efforts (we humans and our bees) we are developing a small family business - with goodies from bees, with scented candles made of beeswax, or useful parts from the skillful hands of local creators.

Come to us and breathe in peace - we are impatiently waiting for you and very much looking forward to it :)

Look for our stone cottage behind the village in an old quarry where stone wine cellars are hidden. Our cottage is located on exactly one of these, so if you want, we will show you what is hidden behind closed doors. The cottage is surrounded by nearby vineyards, fields and meadows, and you will not be deprived of a real night sky full of stars. Simply a magical place for us...

The cottage can accommodate max. five - it's up to you in which configuration.
On the ground floor you will find:
- spacious kitchen with dining room and large stone fireplace
Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms (bedroom with double bed and couch, bedroom with 2 single beds)
- bathroom with shower
- wood burning fireplace

GOLDEN NECTAR
Come and visit our company store Zlatý Nektár. Here you can buy goodies from our clever bees on the spot. So don't hesitate and stock up on honey, the taste of which will remind you of how well you had a good time with us. Honey with elderberry, rose hips, fragrant cinnamon or do you want a bomb in the form of ginger? And maybe you were so enchanted by the beeswax candles, which we also make ourselves, that you don't return home without them? We are just looking forward to it. Feel free to stock up on handmade soaps made from herbs that nature has given us or from other useful artistic works that are made for us by the skilled hands of local creators.

You have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, you can use the grill on the terrace, and you can also find a fireplace nearby.
Cook what you want, what your taste buds tell you and let yourself be tempted to come to us for (not only) honey from our flying craftswomen. Who knows, maybe you'll start your morning with us like we do - with a spoonful of honey in a glass of warm water.

WINE & MED
If you are one of those curious people, you can arrange a tasting of our honey with us, and we can also take you to the cellar to look for treasures in wine barrels.

PICNIC/ BREAKFAST BASKET
If your palate is really picky or you simply want to treat yourself to a picnic among the vineyards, or have a supply of tasty food, order a picnic basket from us in advance. We will hide our homemade goodies inside - from our bread made from our sourdough, to honey, homemade jams from mom, or our wine. If you are interested, be sure to let us know when you make the reservation, because we need 2 days to prepare the sourdough bread. We thank you :)

You can afford to just be with us. Wi-Fi and TV will not bother you here. Relax, sit on the terrace, wander through the nature where our bees collect pollen.

NOT JUST FOR ORNITHOLOGISTS: PROTECTED BIRD AREA
In addition, we will add that you can find your paradise here if you are an avid ornithologist. And it doesn't matter if you're a professional or an amateur. We are located in the Protected Landscape Area of Latorica and in the Protected Bird Area of Medzibodrožie - we have a few protected species that are hard to find elsewhere, e.g. such a rock eddy, a golden bee-eater, or a crested piper. And even if you are not an ornithologist, don't miss the WATER EXPERIENCE ROUTE in the village of Oborín with a wooden footbridge and a lookout point for bird watching (32 km).

If you are one of those who can't imagine a day without YOGA, we can lend you mats and some aids directly from us, so you don't have to carry them with you.

A FEW TIPS FOR WALKING AROUND:

2. Kamenecké wine cellars in the cellar valley (1 km): Open Wine Cellar Days are always held here in May, so be sure to come to the wine cellar and enjoy the atmosphere of a family environment with a tasty white wine.

4. Manor of František Rákoci II. (10 km)
5. Ladmovce mineral spring (10.4 km)
6. Tokaj observation tower (16.2 km)
7. most st. Gotthard in the village of Leles with the ancient Premoštra monastery and the Gothic bridge from the 14th century (28 km)
8. you can go to Trebišov for a piece of the history of the Andrássy family and see their mausoleum in the English park (39 km)
9. beyond the complex of sand dunes, go to Opátske piesky (to the north of the village of Strážne, with rare flora and fauna)
10. Tarbucka andesite hill - nature reserve. The rare late clove and Hungarian meadow nicklec are found here.
11. Tajba nature reserve - with the occurrence of an endangered species of terrapin. But we're just telling you that we have it here. This is because this area is in the 5th level of nature protection, so you cannot get here without a permit. But that doesn't matter when we have so much beauty around us.
12. if you still don't have enough wine and everything connected with it, you can always go to the village of Malý Horeš with its tuff cellars, and you won't even have far to Tokaj

And you know what? Since we are close to the Hungarian border, you can go for a wander or for the kitchen there as well. Or relax at the thermal springs or some adrenaline:
- Kisvárda - Aquacinema - also experience pools - 30 km (also open in winter)

- Sárospatak - Végardó- 25 km - thermal swimming pool (also open in winter)
- Zemplín adventure park - only 15 km (longest bobsleigh track in Hungary - 2275 meters; high-altitude chair lift, climbing wall, zipline and in winter you can also ski here).

So feel free to choose where you want to go and what to see. And above all, remember that you don't need anything at all.
