1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1.1. Wlesie used in the lease agreement and the Regulations means an entrepreneur under the name F.H.U.Klaudia Sadowska 87-500 Rypin Cetki 13, NIP number 8921444351; The Guest will be contacted first by telephone, by e-mail, and in special cases in writing.

1.2. The Regulations define the conditions of booking and renting the House, understood as giving the Guest a building with equipment for a short-term stay of people, for residential purposes, in particular for leisure or tourism.

1.3. Making a reservation is also the conclusion of a House Rental Agreement between Wlesie and the Guest, on the terms set out in the Regulations, the Regulations of Stay and on the specific conditions contained in correspondence with the Guest. Wlesie may require confirmation of the conclusion of the Lease Agreement in writing at the time of handing over the house.

1.4. When making a reservation, the Guest declares that he/she has read the above regulations.


2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT.

2.1. Reservations can be made as follows:

a. by e-mail to the address provided at biuro@domywlesie.eu

b. through the booking system on the website www.domywlesie.eu
c. by phone,
d. through portals such as booking.com, aloha, Airbnb, remote areas

2.2. In each of the variants, after making a reservation, the guest receives an e-mail regarding the reservation and its conditions, as well as containing details about check-in. The price must be confirmed by Wlesie by phone or when confirming the booking. All prices offered by Wlesie include VAT applicable at the time of booking. At the Guest's request, Wlesie can issue an invoice.

2.3. Confirmation of the reservation takes place after the advance payment or the entire amount, the amount of which is specified in the e-mail in accordance with the offer. The deposit must be paid by a traditional transfer.

2.4. Failure to pay the deposit referred to in point 2.3 within the prescribed period means termination of the Rental Agreement without the need to take any action on the part of Wlesie or the Guest.

2.5. In the event of shortening the stay, the Guest is not entitled to a refund for unused days, unless it is caused by circumstances attributable to KuJezior.

2.6. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, wireless Internet access, TV, utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating), final cleaning, parking.

2.7. Wlesie reserves the right to collect from the Guest, on the day of his arrival, a refundable deposit in the amount of PLN 1,000, which the Guest will be informed about.

The deposit is intended to secure Wlesie's claims in the event of any damage or violation of individual points of the regulations. In the absence of objections from the Administrator, the deposit is returned to the guest in full in accordance with the rules below: on the guest's side.

2.8. Any changes to the booking should be made by e-mail and come into force after confirmation by Wlesie. Wlesie reserves the right to refuse to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement if it is not possible for objective reasons. In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement due to the inability to make changes to the terms of the Rental Agreement, the Guest is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.


3. ACCOMMODATION.

3.1. The guest is obliged to notify Wlesie by e-mail or by phone about the time of arrival at the apartment at least one day before arrival.

3.2. The hotel day usually starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure. In exceptional cases, a later departure is possible until 12:00, but it must be confirmed by Wlesie in advance. Accommodation later at night (after 24:00) is possible only after prior arrangement and for an additional fee - PLN 150.

3.3. Wlesie reserves the right not to issue keys and refuse accommodation to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, aggressive behavior, and thus posing a direct threat to other persons and property.
