We are casting bait and hope that you will be persuaded to visit the Lublin region. We have several solid arguments in favor of this corner of Poland. Firstly, silence and space, secondly, the Poleski National Park, thirdly and fourthly, Uherka humming nearby and the Green Velo trail within the reach of the steering wheel, and sixthly, fish. Carp and trout. Fried, smoked, baked, in soup, in baguette, and in joints. We know fish like no one else, and we're just getting a doctorate in recreation. We have been running a family fishing farm and a restaurant full of fish for 25 years and we keep an eye on 10 hectares of ponds. We have Great-Grandpa Michael's Cottage, and now we have two more yurts above the water. They can serve as a place of rest and relaxation after another portion of trout in tomatoes and white wine.

Hi, for 25 years, together with my mother Izabela and wife Aneta, we have been running a family fishing farm and a fish restaurant called "Pstrągowo". Feeding people is our family passion. We pride ourselves on serving our guests the fish we have grown ourselves. We have been thinking about accommodation for a long time, we were encouraged to do so by the guests themselves, who often asked about the possibility of sleeping on the spot. In 2019, my uncle decided to demolish the cottage that my great-grandfather Michał built over 100 years ago. I was saddened by this news, because I had the best holiday memories with this house. I decided to save the hut and move it to our fishing farm. I started work in February 2020, purchased materials, poured the foundation and paid advances to contractors. As you know, a hard time has come for the catering industry, and I had already started construction. We had to face covid, in the end we were responsible for our crew, which we managed to keep together. Despite the fear we all felt, we didn't stop the work and managed to create a pretty cozy corner. When building my great-grandfather's hut, I focused on the technical aspects, and my wife and mother breathed soul into this place. Construction took almost 20 months. The girls focused on interiors and looking for old furniture. Several things have a special fondness for us, as we have managed to restore the doors and tables that my grandfather carpenter made many years ago. So we are starting a new chapter in our farm and we are very happy that you can be a part of it.
