Łężyce has a long history. At the beginning of the 14th century, they were part of the Homol state and were located on the trade route from Silesia to the Czech Republic. A few centuries later, a sandstone quarry was established nearby. His memento is the Puchacz Rocks - a rock cliff several dozen meters high. From the viewpoint on its edge you can look at the Dusznickie Depression, the Bystrzyckie Mountains, the Orlickie Mountains and the Lewińskie Hills. For me, Łężyce is the meadow of my childhood, located on a stream which, in my youth, was a river full of trout. When my father Kazik came here to light fires, all the children from the village joined us. We had binoculars, cameras and haversacks with sausages inside slung across our backs. We have always cultivated friendships here. From those times, I have a fondness for this place and a desire to take care of relationships with people, animals and nature. This is how Wolfhound was created. You will sleep well in comfortable beds, from the deckchairs on the grass you can watch the children playing on the playground, and from the hot tub and sauna at the nature surrounding us. Sometimes it is expressed by the singing of birds, which I hung in the garden, sometimes by the sight of butterflies flying into the buddleia, and sometimes by the howling of wolves. We can sit by the fire together and I will tell you about the area where I know every hole. And then you can discover your own paths leading among the rocks and hills of the Table Mountains.
Lusatia is located on the border of the Table Mountains and the Lewińskie Hills. In this quiet, small village, located in the buffer zone of the Table Mountains National Park, surrounded by meadows and fields, there is Wilczarz, where we have 5 apartments for you. Next to the Wilczarz, but behind a fence, there is another building with the same shape, but it is an independent building.
Each apartment has a kitchenette, but if you don't feel like cooking, the nearby restaurants should satisfy you. About a 10-minute walk from Wilczarz there is the Granada Pensjonat with Polish cuisine, fans of original cuisine will like Dobre Smaki, which was included in the yellow Gault & Millau. Food is delivered to us by the pizzeria and restaurant Werona from Duszniki-Zdrój.
Here, in Łężyce, on the southwestern slopes of Narożnik, on the Duszniki-Zdrój - Karłów tourist route, a place created for family trips, resting in nature and experiencing peace awaits you. You will be accompanied by the chirping of birds, for which there are many boxes, the sound of a stream flowing nearby and the sight of butterflies that flock to the blooming buddleias. There is a good chance that you will hear the sounds of wild animals that live in the nearby forests. In Wilczarz you will be able to relax: sunbathing on deckchairs, soaking in a tub, warming up in the sauna, doing yoga on the grass and looking at mountain panoramas. From here you will be able to see the Orlickie Mountains, the Bystrzyckie Mountains and the Lewińskie Hills.
Wilczarz is located in the buffer zone of the Table Mountains National Park, you can start your hike along picturesque paths directly from here. In a few minutes you will reach a vast mountain meadow with Łężyckie Skałki, located at the foot of Narożnik. Following the blue trail, you can go on a trip through Narożnik, Kopa Śmierci, Skały Puchacza to Białe Skały. Tourists often go to Narożnik to watch sunrises and sunsets. Also noteworthy is the Rock Skull, to which no trail led for many years. In 2021, a path leading to it was created. The Rock Skull is located right next to the blue trail leading to the Eagle Owl Rocks. What’s there for children?
The Wolfhound likes children and we can admit that it is mutual. In our large area, children can enjoy a playground with a sandbox, a slide and swings, a trampoline and a football goal. The youngest love running on the grass, watching the brown cows that often graze in the area, going to the stream and soaking in the tub.
What’s there for employees?
You can work in Wilczarz because the internet works efficiently. You can spread out at the kitchen table, on terraces or balconies and click from there if necessary.
