Here we have a point of contact between the benefits of a civilization created for relaxation and the natural surroundings of the Warmia landscape. A one-story house with a mezzanine with eye-pleasing interiors, three bedrooms and the bliss of relaxation brought by the hot water of the tub, the rhythmic swinging of the hammock and looking at the surrounding greenery from half-closed eyes, from the position of a deckchair. We are close to a clean lake and green forests, from which larches were once sent to build masts for the privateer fleet of King Sigismund Augustus. We also have a river valley where you can paddle a kayak, long evenings for bonfires and great sympathy for families with children, for whom we have created a play zone under the trees. We think we have absolutely everything we need to escape from everyday life here. A turning point awaits you in Cerkiewnik. It will turn you away from the path full of struggles, deadlines and rushing and direct you towards carefreeness, restful pleasure and relief. You will find it under the name: Point Warmia.

In Cerkiewnik, a village located in the Łyna valley, on the Limajno and Stobajno lakes, we have a single-story house inspired by the Scandinavian hytte. It is a cozy cottage, immersed in nature, with large windows overlooking the garden.

The interior is warm and in earthy colors, with an open space of 5.4 m high. On 100 m² you will find:
– two bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds measuring 140x200 cm, which can be divided into two single beds,
– small bedroom with a single bed measuring 80x200 cm,
– a 20-meter mezzanine, accessed by a ladder – it is an open, but protected with slats space with two single beds that can be made into one,
- bathroom with shower,
– living space with a comfortable fold-out sofa, armchairs and a fireplace, connected to the kitchenette and dining room with a table for 6 people.

In front of the house there is a 50-meter terrace with a large table for 8 people and a barbecue. In our large and green area we also have for you: a fireplace, a playground for children, hammocks and a hot tub.

There are still no changes in Warmia - there is peace, there are green forests and blue lakes, there are walking paths and bicycle routes. Nothing special is happening. But all you need to do is look around a little and search a little to discover that Warmia is also full of local initiatives, thriving farms and art galleries.

Let's start with what awaits you in Point Warmia:
– tub baths,
– naps in a hammock,
– evening bonfires,
– feasting on the terrace, which is so large that you can do a yoga or meditation session there,
– watching the children from a deckchair anywhere in the garden, and if you come to us with adults – just relaxing.

Walks
The area encourages leisurely walks, which calm down and provide contact with nature. If you tread quietly and look carefully, there is a good chance that you will spot a wild boar, a beaver, an otter, a cormorant or a gray heron. There are archaeological monuments in the area - an old stronghold, erratic stones and burial mounds (traces of settlement in these lands date back to the 1st millennium BC). In the village you can see post-German architecture - red brick houses, in some places with half-timbered walls (e.g. the rectory building, schools and the former station).

Lakes
You will be less than a kilometer walk from Lake Limajno, and the city beach is located in Swobodna (5 km from us). There is a guarded swimming area and a pier. Lake Stobajno is also nearby. It's best to visit local reservoirs on two wheels, which we recommend you take with you.

There is also a tourist and recreational route - Warmińska Łynostrada, which is an extension of Olsztyńska Łynostrada. The route leads from Olsztyn through Dobre Miasto to Lidzbark Warmiński, where it connects to the Green Velo trail. Length: 56 km.

Other attractions:
– you can sail down the Łyna River (2.5 km from the house there is the Cerkiewnik-Kłódka kayak marina),
– if you miss the city, you can visit Dobre Miasto (10 km), Olsztyn (23 km) or Lidzbark Warmiński (35 km),
– in Skolity, visit the permaculture garden for vegetables, preserves and works of local artists,
– in Nowy Kawków (16 km), come to visit the ceramics studio and take part in workshops, see the lavender field and drink coffee in the gallery.
