Pan Sójka

This place brought us together over a decade ago. Initially, we ran constantly from Warsaw to Petrykozy (only 45 km). Finally, we realized that our heart was calling us to the forest. We wanted to be here every day, go out in the morning in pajamas with coffee to the garden, go for a walk with the dog through the field at dawn, cultivate the garden and pick fruit. Then the horses arrived and they tied us to the place even tighter. We gradually organized paths in the overgrown garden, which had not been touched by humans for many years, and became an oasis for many species of animals. Our friends came up with the idea to rent a house. They constantly encouraged us to go somewhere and they would take care of our house. Until finally we decided ok, let's do it and Mr. Sójka became. We are constantly visited by cool, unusual and unusual people. By profession we are associated with culture and art. Julka has a studio in Petrykozy and takes care of animals: horses, a dog, a cat and Mr. Sójka, and Maciek is a photographer and lecturer, who takes care of the garden and all the woodwork. We love various life and sports activities: Julka, loves working with horses, which constantly teach her something new, Maciek: a former tennis player, he still plays sometimes, he put skiing on the back burner because the glaciers are melting, the sea is far away, so the surfboard is in the garage . He fell in love with a brown bay mare, Costa Rica, gave up his old sports and learned to ride horses from scratch. We are happy to share with you our secret garden that surrounds Mr. Sójka's house, stories about animals, art and the atmosphere of the place.
