Every now and then a sailor finds himself in a port, and luckily it's a port where he can drink good wine. I have spent my entire life at sea, most of it in South America. Brazil, Argentina, Chile - this is where I saw sunny vineyards where the best varieties developed. What if... in Poland? Retired? It turned out that many people had already come up with this idea. Winemaking and enotourism are developing dynamically in Roztocze, Podkrapacie, and Lesser Poland. But not in Kashubia! It's new in Kashubia. Ola and I found land in my mother's hometown and this is our port for happy retirement. Among the forests, fields and lakes on the border of Kociewie and Kashubia, fully ecological wines are made from grape varieties resistant to the harsh northern climate. Don't believe it? Come check it out. We will host you in one of our comfortable houses, each with its own swimming pool and sauna. We will invite you to a tasting, baking pizza together and stories from overseas countries and the Kashubian vineyard.
We invite you to the vineyard located among the hills on the border of Kociewie and Kashubia, right next to Lake Hutowe. It is surrounded by fields and forests, and this picturesque location allows you to relax and calm down. The largest natural and cultural attractions are within 30 minutes. hence.
IMPORTANT: our houses are intended for people who value peace and nature. A glass of good wine is a perfect complement to relaxation, but we don't want it to accompany parties. We are not a place for stag and hen parties.

In addition to guest houses (each with a swimming pool and sauna), our habitat includes a barbecue shelter with a bread oven and a smokehouse, a pond with the possibility of sport fishing, a hammock and a playground for children. Not to mention our vines from which we make organic wine.
In the high season, the day ends at 10:00 and we stick to that, but in the off-season there is no problem for you to stay longer, until 12:00-13:00.
You can buy eggs from happy hens and fresh milk from our neighbors. Occasionally, Ola makes cheese from them and then you can join her for workshops and snacks. Similarly with smoking trout in our smokehouse, which our guests like.
In the summer season, we organize pizza and wine evenings, when, for a small fee, you can taste our ecological wines (they are made without any interference with the raw materials and product and we are very proud of it), as well as prepare a pizza, which we will bake together in an oven under a shelter.
If you like fishing, you will have the opportunity to catch something in our pond, where you will find crucians and carps. The pond record is a 14-kilogram catfish!
In the warm months we are there and we are very happy to integrate. On Wednesdays, we invite you to evenings with oven-baked pizza, which we prepare together, and tasting our ecological wines. Sometimes there is also an opportunity to make cheese under Ola's supervision or smoke trout together in the smokehouse.
In addition to the vineyard, we also have our own 3-year-old lavender field, and during the season we invite our guests to harvest together. Our lavender is used to produce dried fruit, hydrolates and oils - perhaps we will be able to distill something together.
- Approx. 350 m from our habitat there is a picturesque Hutowe Lake with a very secluded, non-touristy environment. There are several more lakes in the area - Sobąckie (with an intimate beach), Polaszkowskie and Gatno.
– Kayaking on the Wierzyca and Wda rivers – the trails lead through the pristine areas of Kashubia and Kociewie, and the landscapes along the way are stunning – the nearest rafting starts 9 km from here.
– Observation towers in Wieżyca, Przytarnia and Wdzydze Kiszewskie – Wieżyca is the highest peak in northern Poland and a real observation deck over Kashubia. We recommend taking a bike trip to the tower in Przytarnia, following the trail around Lake Wdzydze.
– The Teutonic castle in Bytów – dates back to the early 15th century, but the Teutonic Knights lived there only for a few moments, because in 1410 it was captured by Jagiełło's troops. Now the castle houses the West Kashubian Museum. You can drop in for museum lessons.
– Kościerzyna – a charming town with a beautiful old town, where you can also visit the Kościerzyna Land Museum, the Accordion Museum and the Railway Museum. Taste the regional brewery and delicious Kashubian cuisine at "Stary Browar".
– American Old Cars Museum in Kościerzyna – a treat for fans of vintage cars. You can see American cars from the Golden Age of Hollywood here.
– African ostrich farm in Garczyn – established in 1993 as the first one in Poland. Here you will come face to face with an ostrich and try scrambled eggs made from ostrich eggs.
– Ethnographic Park in Wdzydze Kiszewskie – it is the oldest Polish open-air museum, existing since 1906. Here you will see the 17th-century church from Swornegacie, take part in a bread baking demonstration and visit many old Kashubian buildings.
– Ski slopes in Przywidz and Trzepowo – there are 2 T-bar lifts, 300 m long and a 100 m long training lift for beginners. The slopes are artificially snowed, groomed and very well lit.
– National Anthem Museum in Będomin – this is where Józef Wybicki, the creator of the text of the Dąbrowski Mazurka, was born. The museum is located in a historic manor that belonged to the Wybicki family.
– Owidz Castle – this is the largest reconstruction of an early medieval stronghold in Pomerania. Various interesting events take place there, such as fairs, fighting shows, handicraft workshops, and festivals.
– We encourage you to take part in bicycle trips around the beautiful areas of the Kashubian-Kocievian border.
– In autumn, the surrounding forests are rich in mushrooms. In winter, local farmers organize sleigh rides.
What’s there for children?
For kids we have: a volleyball and basketball court, a playground and a trampoline. There are board games and books in the houses. And in front of the houses, of course: swimming pools! It's hard to find a better attraction in summer. If you are coming with small children, you may prefer a small house where you can keep an eye on the pool both from inside and from the terrace. The larger house will certainly appeal to adults because of the sauna by the pool, but children need to be supervised more closely.
What’s there for employees?
We have well-functioning internet, and there is also plenty of space to work - either at the table in the dining room or on the sofa in the living room.
