In Kamieńczyk on the Bug River, 45 minutes from the center of Warsaw, we have a cozy and comfortable house with a swimming pool for you. Its 120-meter long harmonious interiors filled with art, matching furniture and non-accidental accessories are designed to entertain even a group of 12 family members or friends. On the ground floor there are: – living room with kitchen, – a room with a desk and a sofa, - bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a double bed. Additional sleeping spaces include a 2-seater sofa and a single sofa. It is also possible to add two single beds and a baby cot. In the house and its surroundings you will also find: - Grill, – deckchairs, - loudspeaker, – elliptical trainer in one of the bedrooms, – books and albums. In front of the house there is a 30-meter terrace with a table where you can eat meals on warm days, and in the garden there is a relaxation area with a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, and a playground. Our area is fenced.

Cooking in our kitchen is pleasant because it is spacious and well-equipped, and you can enjoy meals together at a large table indoors or go out on the terrace with them. The garden space encourages you to have a picnic there. We recommend nearby restaurants: – Gospoda Kamieńczyk with Polish cuisine and menu for children, – Nadliwa in Strachów, – Folwark Łochów – meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, – Sapori Ricchi in Wyszków – Italian cuisine – possibility of ordering meals with delivery, – Shima Sushi in Łochów – Japanese cuisine that serves seafood, fish, duck, pork, but above all, tasty sushi, – Mia Napoli Wyszkowie – a restaurant specializing in baking Neapolitan pizza.

On the edge of the Mazovian forest, 45 minutes from the center and just 35 from the outskirts of Warsaw, seekers of peace, aesthetes who relax when it's nice, larger groups eager to spend time together, families with children and lovers of intimate relaxation spaces will find themselves. The forests surrounding us are a great place for walks, bike rides and picking mushrooms in the season. It may be that you don't want to leave here and we won't be surprised. However, if you decide to get to know Mazovia better, you won't be disappointed. The area offers many nice places to see: • In Kamieńczyk there is a private Ethnographic and Historical Museum, run by an enthusiast. Henryk Słowikowski, who has collected numerous collections, you can see old wooden houses there, a model of a raftsman's raft (in the 19th and 20th centuries Kamieńczyk became a raftsmen's settlement) and eat delicious pancakes in the inn. • In the market square in Kamieńczyk you can see a monument to a raftsman by Elżbieta Pietras. • In Łochów there is a palace and a farm and craft workshops are held in which you can take part (check the program on fb). You can also see a historic railway station from 1862, which was part of a larger complex (built with the Warsaw-St. Petersburg Railway in mind). The Łochów cycling trail, 55 km long, begins and ends in Łochów. • Kamieniecka Forest on the left bank of the Bug opposite the Forest with sand dunes and peat bogs located between them, and a flood terrace lying on the river with a large meadow area. • Nadbużański Landscape Park located in the valley of the lower Bug, visit to walk, ride two wheels and observe (if you happen to come across them): moose, deer, roe deer, wild boars, badgers and foxes, as well as beavers and otters. Birdwatching fans, beware! The park is a shelter for about 200 species, you may be able to spot: black stork, kingfisher, curlew and crane. • Szumin, where you can find the famous house of Zofia and Oskar Hansen – a manifesto of Open Form and a branch of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. To visit the Hansens' summer resort, you need to make an appointment in advance using the registration form, which you can find on the Internet. • In Gwizdały, there is the Gwisdek Museum with a thousand exhibits. The Bug and Liwiec rivers, in the forks of which Kamieńczyk is located, are great for kayaking (kayaks can be rented from Grzesiek or Paweł in Kamieńczyk). For example, the trip from Szumin to Kamieńczyk along the Bug is 12 km long, while from Pusty Łąki to Kamieńczyk along the Liwiec is 9 km long. During the rafting you will be able to observe many species of birds that live here, including: the little ringed plover, the grey heron, the marsh harrier, the black stork, the common sandpiper, as well as kingfishers and shore swallows that nest on the river banks. During the summer, the Honey and Bread Festival takes place in Kamieńczyk. In Kamieńczyk itself, as well as in Brańszczyk, Skuszewo and Łochów, there are stud farms. ** The swimming pool is open seasonally from May to September **
