When we took part in the tender for the premises, it was in ruins. We had to dry out, tear down walls and discover treasures. First, there were newspapers from 1877 found in the wall documenting the past, then wooden shutters covered with countless layers of paint, and finally, the floor - covered with gumoleum and preserved thanks to it. We managed to save it throughout the house, and today you just want to lie on it and stare at the sun wandering across the walls. All doors are the result of family and neighborly cooperation, and we have neighbors here who would drop by with cookies or a jar of homemade preserves. Our biggest dream was a huge table that would always be crowded. We are slowly fulfilling them here, in Bystrzyca Górna, charmingly located between the Wałbrzych Foothills and the Owl Mountains, in a unique house 3 meters high, where you can sleep well and regenerate perfectly. You will also find an audiovisual room where you can hold a conference or sleep, and 3 additional bedroom spaces.
We invite families, friends, teams or new people, because we are a great choice for yoga, culinary or creative workshops. Come to sleep in soft bedding, be recharged with creative energy, creatively inspired, rest and take care of your mental well-being.
Welcome to Lower Silesia, to Bystrzyca Górna, a village located between the Wałbrzych Foothills and the Sowie Mountains. We invite you to an atmospheric, 19th-century villa, which was once the seat of the paper mill management. Inside, we have a 150-meter space that we have transformed into a place of rest and creative work. Workshops, conferences and meetings can be organized here. We will also be happy to host teams for work-hopping and groups for yoga, culinary or creative workshops.
At your disposal are 3 bedrooms with desks, including two rooms with mezzanines in a configuration for 2 to 4 people with their own comfortable bathrooms and a small single room with bathrooms in the common space.
Film/yoga space - works great as a common space, but has a lockable glass insulating wall, so guests are happy to make it an additional place to sleep, there is a two-person futon for sleeping or watching films on a 3-meter, retractable screen with 5.1 sound:) Guests especially appreciate the spacious kitchen with a large, oak table, which is great for shared meals, cooking, or creative workshops.
There are other premises in the villa, we have a separate entrance, but don't be afraid of the neighbors, in the worst case you can stay in the yard and be treated to cake:) If you come with children, a 2-minute walk from us there is a large public playground among the greenery, ask about the "Generation Triangle". Some people don't like the proximity of the road, others are very happy, because thanks to this, it is a good base for trips to the Owl Mountains. Whatever you are looking for - Have a wonderful stay!
The house has a well-equipped kitchen and our pride – a large oak table, perfect for eating meals together, making plans, organizing small parties and having endless conversations.

Welcome to the Owl Mountains - the oldest part of the Sudetes stretching between Wałbrzych and Kłodzko, along the Polish-Czech border. You can spend your time here actively, freely, creatively - however you like, want and need.
In the interior of a 19th-century house, you can truly relax and recharge your batteries. You will be surrounded by natural materials, gentle colors and eye-friendly lighting. In the old house, the floor creaks, the space of over 3 meters delights, the restored floor and wooden shutters carefully restored to their former glory transport you back in time. Our guests say that there is good energy here and they sleep the best in the world. You can bury yourself in soft bedding with a book, have a feast at a wooden table or light a bonfire.
