When we bid for the space, it was a ruin. We were faced with drying out, tearing down walls, and discovering treasures. First, there were newspapers from 1877, found in the wall, documenting the past; then the wooden shutters, covered with countless layers of paint, and finally, the floor, covered with rubber oleo, preserved thanks to this. We managed to save it throughout the house, and today, it's a dream come true to lie on it and gaze at the sun drifting across the walls. All the doors are a result of family and neighborly cooperation, and we have neighbors who would drop by with cookies or jars of homemade preserves. Our biggest dream was a huge table that would always be crowded. We're slowly fulfilling it here in Bystrzyca Górna, charmingly nestled between the Wałbrzych Foothills and the Owl Mountains, in a unique house 3 meters high, where you can sleep wonderfully and regenerate perfectly. You'll have access to the 150-square-meter ground floor of the house, with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. You'll also find an audiovisual room, perfect for conferences and sleeping arrangements if you need extra beds. There are other apartments in the villa, but don't be afraid of the neighbors – in the worst-case scenario, you might be treated to cake.

Welcome to Lower Silesia, to Bystrzyca Górna, a village nestled between the Wałbrzych Foothills and the Owl Mountains. We invite you to a charming 19th-century villa, once the headquarters of a paper mill. Inside, we have a 150-square-meter space on the villa's ground floor (which also houses neighbors). We have transformed it into a space for relaxation and creative work. Workshops, conferences, and meetings can be held here. We are also happy to accommodate teams for work-outs and groups for yoga, culinary, or creative workshops.

We offer three bedrooms with desks, including two mezzanine rooms configured for 2 to 4 people, each with its own comfortable bathroom, and a small single room with shared bathrooms. The movie/yoga space works great as a shared space, but it has a lockable glass wall that isolates the room, so guests are happy to use it as an extra place to sleep. There's a two-person futon for sleeping or watching movies on a 3-meter retractable screen with 5.1 sound. Guests especially appreciate the spacious kitchen with a large oak table, perfect for communal meals, cooking, or creative workshops.

There are other rooms in the villa. We have a separate entrance, but don't be afraid of the neighbors; in the worst case, you can stay in the yard and be treated to cake. If you're traveling with kids, a large, publicly accessible playground surrounded by greenery is a 2-minute walk away. Ask about the "Generation Triangle." Some people don't like the proximity to the road, while others are thrilled, as it makes it a good base for exploring the Owl Mountains. Whatever you're looking for, have a wonderful stay!

The house has a well-equipped kitchen and our pride – a large oak table, perfect for eating meals together, making plans, organizing small parties and having endless conversations.

There are two markets not far from here, where you can stock up on fruit, vegetables and local specialties.

Welcome to the Owl Mountains - the oldest part of the Sudetes stretching between Wałbrzych and Kłodzko, along the Polish-Czech border. You can spend your time here actively, freely, creatively - however you like, want and need.

In the interior of a 19th-century house, you can truly relax and recharge your batteries. You will be surrounded by natural materials, gentle colors and eye-friendly lighting. In the old house, the floor creaks, the space of over 3 meters delights, the restored floor and wooden shutters carefully restored to their former glory transport you back in time. Our guests say that there is good energy here and they sleep the best in the world. You can bury yourself in soft bedding with a book, have a feast at a wooden table or light a bonfire.

What is worth seeing in our area? Many. Here are some suggestions for spending time here.
– Wielka Sowa (1,015 m above sea level) – the highest peak of the Owl Mountains with a concrete observation tower on the top (from 1906), from which, in good weather, you can see Śnieżka and Ślęża,
– Bystrzyckie Lake – a dam lake located in the Bystrzyca Gorge valley, on the Choina mountain towering over the lake there are the ruins of Grodno Castle,
– historic hydroelectric power plant in Lubachów on Lake Bystrzyckie,
– Riese, a mining and construction project of Nazi Germany (never completed), it is believed that it was supposed to be one of Adolf Hitler's headquarters, today the Osówka and Włodarz and Książ complexes, as well as the Walim Adit Museum near the village of Rzeczka, are open to the public , with a sightseeing route,
– railway scenic route Wrocław – Jedlina-Zdrój – line no. 285 connects Wrocław Główny with the Jedlina-Zdrój station, there are 23 bridges and viaducts on the route,
– Książ Castle – the third largest castle in Poland, picturesquely situated among forests, in a gorge of the Pełcznica River flowing downstream, on a rugged rock massif, former residence of Princess Daisy, and during the war - of the Nazis, with an underground tourist route,
– Świdnica with the Church of Peace, i.e. the largest baroque wooden temple in Europe, based on a wooden skeleton filled with clay and straw, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List - the temple can accommodate 7,500 people,
– Szczawno-Zdrój, where in the mineral water pump room located in a beautiful building in the classicist style from 1896. you will drink Mieszko, Dąbrówka, Marta and Młynarz and eat delicious meringue cakes,
– Zagórze Śląskie and Grodno Castle, whose tower offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area,
– Ludwikowice Śląskie and Muchołapka, a mysterious concrete silo above the Riese complex, is a structure consisting of a ring based on 12 pillars, 30 meters in diameter and 10 meters high,
– Srebrna Góra – a fortress from the 18th century consisting of six forts, which gives it the title of the largest mountain fortress in Europe with 151 rooms where over 3.7 thousand people were stationed. soldiers.

You can go skiing to the Rzeczka-Sokolec complex, to the Rymarz ski lift next to the Zygmuntówka shelter on the Jugowska Pass or to Zieleniec. The area is also dotted with cross-country ski trails and bicycle routes.

Our place will be an ideal space for workshops, conferences, group activities, meetings, as well as the exchange of ideas, inspiration and sharing good energy. There is a desk in each bedroom.
