The lack of fear of heights and seasickness will be useful. The house in the trees sways with the pines working in the wind and is suspended above the ground. After waking up, you can see a beaver and hear a reed warbler from the terrace adjacent to the bedroom. Then, a dozen or so stairs lower, it's time for coffee on the second terrace - the one leading from the living room. Now go ahead and revel in your soul. A book on the pier, a walk in the forest, rowing on the lake, a session in the sauna or a movie on a large projector screen. Sounds like the perfect date?

If you are planning to come with friends, we can accommodate 4 people: two in the living room on a sofa bed and two more in the bedroom upstairs.
In a small house, everything has to have its place. On two floors and 35 m2 there is room for:
- kitchenette,
- round table with two chairs,
- bathroom with shower,
- living room with sofa bed,
- exit to the terrace with lounge furniture,
- another terrace with sauna,
- screen and projector,
- stairs to the first floor,
- bedroom with a double bed and exit to the spacious terrace overlooking the reservoir.
In the garden there is a tub with a jacuzzi, a fireplace and barbecue area, as well as a multi-person hammock suspended between the trees.
Fully equipped kitchen available: hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, espresso machine and coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, dishes, cups, glasses. Outside you can use the summer kitchen with induction hob, fire pit, grill. If you don't plan on cooking, you can order catering to your door - delivery of sushi, Lebanese cuisine, pizza or delicious chicken dishes. There is also a place to eat deliciously nearby.
It's a place where the biggest attraction is silence, water in front of your eyes and relaxation. A fancy one, with a sauna and a tub all to yourself. Just 20 km from Poznań, at the Kowalskie Reservoir you can hear the great reed warbler, tits, and after dark you can see pipistrelle bats diving into the air. Don't be afraid of them - they eat mosquitoes!
Exactly, speaking of mosquitoes. We're by the water, so there are mosquitoes. Take some medicine to repel these nasty creatures.
What can you do here?
- spend evenings in the sauna,
- laze on the terraces among the trees and admire the water - this tiny house has 3 terraces,
- warm yourself in a tub with hot water and as many bubbles as you can,
- and then take a cool shower in the garden, swim in the winter in a tub with cold water,- bathe in the clear water of the lake,
- light a barbecue or a bonfire,
- organize a film screening or a series marathon (there is a projector and screen in the house),
- sunbathe on a private pier on Lake Kowalski,
- use the available water equipment, including: water bike, kayak
- go on a bike trip
- walk around the area, through the forests and to the dam on the lake,
- quietly look out for beavers roaming in sight,
- go for a walk to the Promno Landscape Park or to the Zielonka Forest,
- play board games and hide in a house with a book,
- turn on some music on the available equipment and simply relax. You can also play volleyball, badminton or Scandinavian bowling and practice yoga on the terrace by the tub.
