In the buffer zone of the Kampinos Forest, three quarters of an hour from the capital, we have created a refuge for forest escapes. In duos or quartets, because the intentionally small house has one bedroom and an open mezzanine with two beds. It also has a sauna in the bathroom and a projector with a screen in the living room, so you can do nice things here. Go to the forest, jump into a tub with hot water and eat dinner in the greenhouse that is right next to it. After spending a weekend here, just the two of us, my husband, Michał, said that he felt as if he were on a two-week vacation. And I thought that there was something to it, that in the forest cover you can wake up rested, read a book with concentration and recharge your batteries with contact with nature and other people, whom you can finally see more clearly. We want it to be a quiet haven where you can hear your own thoughts, find time to talk and feel relieved. Not having to worry about anything, not having to worry about anyone, and being completely de-stimulated. It's so close here that you don't have to look for reasons to come. Come on, escape into the forest.
A modern Scandinavian-style house is located in the village of Stanisławów, in the buffer zone of the Kampinos National Park, about 45 minutes away from Warsaw.
What do we have here:
– 60 m² for 2 or 4 people,
– bedroom with double bed,
– living room with a goat, projector and screen, connected to the kitchen,
– bathroom with shower and small sauna,
– open mezzanine with two single beds (they can be joined), an armchair with a footstool and a view of the garden,
– sunny terrace with furniture.
The house is year-round and energy-efficient. We designed the space to be cozy and comfortable. The house is deliberately small to encourage spending time outdoors. On the green plot we have a large, 8-person banquet with a wood-burning stove, and in the garden there is a place for a bonfire.
To be able to meet a larger group of friends regardless of the weather, we built a greenhouse next to the house. It is quite large and heated. You can organize a meeting, workshops or spend time there in a private way. When you rent a house, the greenhouse is open to you. You can eat dinner there, hide out and sit with the group you came here with. If you would like to organize a small event or workshop there, we price it individually.
The plot is atmospherically lit and well-kept. We only invite adults to our home, we do not allow pets. Although we love both children and dogs, we wanted to create a refuge here that allows you to disconnect, retreat and rest.
We live close, 15 minutes' drive from the plot and we can always drive there if you need our help.
We could write that you won't be bored here, but we hope that boredom will be the best thing and why you will want to come to us. Nothing but nature, you, peace and time for closeness and pleasure. Sounds good? Let's start with the list of attractions we have for you on site:
– 1,500 m² of plot located in the buffer zone of the Kampinos Forest, which means a multitude of forest trails under your nose,
– a large and sunny terrace where you can practice yoga and meditation, eat breakfast, have dinner and sit with your favorite drink and book,
– a large pot with a wood-burning stove,
– a projector and a retractable screen in the living room to catch up on movies and TV series,
– a comfortable armchair on the mezzanine, perfect for listening to a podcast or your favorite music in peace,
– a garden where you can lie down and look at the sky or move the table there and feast,
– fireplace area.
There is a pub for cyclists nearby (if you have the opportunity, we recommend you come here with your bikes, not only to visit the pub, but also to ride around the Kampinoski Park on two wheels) - Biker Pub and Stajnia Stanisławów (a stud farm is located in our area click).
You can visit the hills in Mariewo, go to the Mokre Łąki lake, take a walk along the footbridge over the Zaborowski canal floodplain, and have a barbecue in the clearing in Lipków. During walks or bike rides in the forest, you will certainly encounter various wild animals, because there are plenty of them living in the area. Especially look out for moose!
What’s there for employees?
You can come here for a workation or organize a small ceremony (communion, baptism, baby shower), workshops or training thanks to the charming greenhouse located on the plot next to the house (it can accommodate 20 people in a seated arrangement). We can recommend companies that will help you organize your event - catering, decor and flowers. The approximately 30-meter space is heated by a fireplace (we can also provide heaters). There is an outdoor bathroom next door. However, this option is priced individually. The greenhouse will be at your disposal during your stay in the cottage and you will be able to sit there and work in peace.
