We invite you to try a different type of recreation and enjoy the wonderful nature for a week - listening to birds, sailing in a boat, swimming in the lake and in the sauna. In the evenings, you can calmly watch the wild animals that go out to graze at sunset, as well as the fish jumping in the glassy water of the lake. Sitting with friends by the fire until dawn, dancing to music from an old lamp radio, or just quietly reading a good book. We do not rule out that after such a vacation you will bring home something special - for example, the hooting of owls recorded on a recorder, or photos of a duck's nest. Because the nature that surrounds the House turns the simplest everyday moments into magic.

You will find Vidūnas and Svetlana's cottage next to the Labanor National Park, 18 km from Utena, 86 km from Vilnius. Couples and families of up to six people are welcome here. It is possible with animals, if they are small and well-behaved.

A cabin for a quiet lake retreat that can accommodate 6 guests but is best balanced for two. There are no other buildings around, nothing will disturb your rest. We invite families or groups of friends for real relaxation, not just for the weekend. We know from experience that the weekend is too short for a quality rest in nature, so we invite you to save time and come for a longer stay, especially since the price will not differ much for a weekend or a week.

During the autumn-winter period, the cabin is heated with a stove (you can find firewood on site) and an air-to-air heating system. In the summer, it is not too hot in the shade of the trees, but if necessary, you can turn on the air conditioner.

If you plan to come with animals, write to us in advance. Our little friends live nearby - sheep, bees, cats and dogs, so it is not always possible to accept all visitors. We may ask for an additional fee to accommodate your pet and of course respect everyone you meet when you come to us.

Honey from our bees, forest mushrooms and berries, fruits and vegetables from neighboring farmers, eggs and other seasonal products - this is what you can expect when you come to us. You will be able to cook in the cabin's kitchen, smokehouse or grill (firewood is available on site). Drinking water is also available on site.

The nearest shops are Aibė, four km away. Kuktiškės and Maxima Utena (19 km.).

The cottage is located at the intersection of Utena-Molėtai districts, by the beautiful Alksnos lake, surrounded by forests.

BATH AND HONEY TREATMENTS. The cottage has a wood-burning sauna (not included in the price). After the sauna, you can swim in the lake (it is recommended). In addition, we can order a sauna master who will conduct an evening of Lithuanian sauna with magical rituals, as well as perform cosmetic body treatments with honey from our beehive.

HIKING. We are hiking enthusiasts ourselves, so we will help you organize hiking trips through the surrounding forests or the nearby Labanor National Park. The hikes may not be easy, but the thought of a sauna waiting for you in the evening will help you endure twenty or more kilometers - do you know what a pleasure it is?

BICYCLES, CANOES. If you bring your own or rent bikes from us for a nominal fee, you can visit the local area, which is famous for its mounds, lakes and forests, farms and small villages. For those who wish and upon prior arrangement, we can organize kayaking trips on nearby lakes and rivers.

BEE. Anyone who wants to get to know the mysterious life of bees will be able to try on a beekeeper's suit and look inside the hive in our adjacent apiary. Of course, if it is possible, because the bee is a whimsical creature and does not really like being approached unnecessarily.

FISHING. After paying a nominal permit fee, you can try your luck in the lake. The fish you catch can be smoked or baked. But the guests who make us happy the most are those who follow the principle: caught - photographed - released. As they say, what grows in nature, should stay there.

SONGS BY THE FIREFIRE. Don't forget the good tradition of spending time together by the fire, telling stories of past and present stories or singing songs until dawn. You will have impressions and memories for a lifetime!

If you are lucky, you can meet storks, owls, roe deer, hares and other forest inhabitants in our nature corner. Get to know the life of bees. You can hear the cry of cranes, and in the evening, while sitting by the fire, you can see a hedgehog shooting away. Or maybe, just during your stay, a family of moose will appear in the fields, deer will do their nuptial dances, and ducks or crows will hatch ducklings on the shore...?

There are many wonders in nature that cannot be planned, but which can be discovered together with the little ones.
