How many hotels do you know where the manager spends all day in the flowerbeds by the courtyard, while the boss runs around the wilderness with the guests, organizing bike rides for them? Now there's at least one. Folwark Łękuk, founded by Iza and Krzysztof on the ruins of a former Prussian estate, is a voice of protest against the successive glass houses being built by the lakes. And proof that large scale doesn't have to mean a lack of warmth and commitment. Our eco-friendly hotel complex is full of heart and ideas. The chef invites guests to workshops on Old Prussian cuisine with Masurian housewives, and Iza leads year-round garden activities for everyone. It's worth noting that this is likely the largest permaculture garden for a hotel in Poland. Krzysztof organizes sporting expeditions, while the rest of the staff organizes adventure quests. We also invite you to the spa, where we use our own rapeseed oil for one of our many treatments, Ayurveda. Did we mention that we have 100 hectares of our own fields?
And although our farm is a large property, you have to believe that we are visited by people who love peace, Masurian nature, activity, and excellent cuisine. We will welcome you in the rustic rooms of a revitalized 18th-century granary, the smallest on the Łękuk Farm map. This is how the Stary Spichlerz and the Rządcówka Apartment were created - intimate and quiet parts of a larger project: Folwark Łękuk (one of the most ecological hotels in Poland).
