They called her the Enchantress. They also said that Wodecki once gave a violin concert on the veranda of the room on the first floor. And that there were untold riches in this house. When we were renovating, the plaster fell off the ceiling of one of the upper rooms and before the foreman could cover the ceiling again, he sent us a photo of the paintings. If the frescoes were almost in the attic, what must have been on the ground floor? 120 years ago, the later Polish People's Republic's Sorceress, a holiday home, was called Haus Zauberblick - Magic View, and hosted officers from Berlin thirsty for clean air. The last of the layers of paint scraped off from under the roof told us that Berlin's elites viewed it in a pistachio shade. We knew we would keep looking for a paint color until we recreated an identical one. Because when my husband said 20 years earlier, when we were walking up the mountain along the nearby trail, that this house would be ours, there was nothing magical about it. We looked at the ruin. At the beginning of the pandemic, we bought it with holes in the roof, no doors, no glass in the windows and puddles on the wooden floors. But because this is a story about determination and fulfilling dreams, we didn't even bother with several years of renovation, bathing in the stream and living in a place without heating. And today it is. The magical villa, whose new name: Świeradówka, was invented by our 6-year-old daughter. There is no more beautiful location in Świeradów and there is no other such green villa with salmon verandas in Poland. There is no place where Art Nouveau lovers can enjoy detail and color like here. With our 7-person family, we are rewriting the history of the villa like a fairy tale and we invite you to read the new chapter.
The villa has five independent apartments, accommodating up to 8 people in the larger apartments and up to 5 in the smaller ones. Detailed information about the layout and number of rooms can be found by clicking on the desired apartment. On-site check-in is unattended. On arrival, we send you access codes to the gate and apartment. Keys are not provided.
We have completed the renovation of the lower part of the house, which houses the common area with a fireplace room and a 100-year-old Art Nouveau tiled stove. The large kitchen has also been restored, should you wish to host a birthday or holiday celebration in the adjacent room. A dining room is also available, seating up to 30 people. Access to the common areas is available for exclusive use of the villa. We can prepare breakfasts, dinners, and even holidays for you (prior arrangements are required).
We will create a unique Art Nouveau-style garden around the villa, with numerous relaxation areas and a lower terrace.
We're located right next to the hiking trail leading to the Sky Walk tower. Don't worry about excessive tourist activity – in recent years, there have been far fewer tourists than after the tower opened. The villa is surrounded by a garden and fenced, and the rooms overlook the village below. The windows facing the road are the hall and bathroom windows. The road is closed to car traffic (so you'll need to negotiate a no-entry sign to reach us – it's a residents-only road). We have only a few neighbors in our immediate vicinity.
Each of our apartments has its own kitchenette. Although small, our kitchenettes are well-equipped. All apartments except Chabrowy have ovens, while Chabrowy has a microwave. Espresso machines are available in the Chabrowy, Grande Verde, Bella Vista, and Wodecki apartments, while the Estella is equipped with a top-of-the-line drip coffee machine. On arrival, you'll receive recommendations for the most delicious restaurants in Świeradów and the surrounding area.
On the ground floor, we offer a large kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace room, where we can prepare delicious breakfasts, dinners, or holidays for you. You can also host a birthday party, wedding anniversary, or unforgettable wedding reception combined with a wedding ceremony in the garden overlooking Sępia Góra. The lower kitchen and common area are available by reservation.
We don't serve breakfast every day - you can ask about holidays or long weekends - if we gather a group of people, you can count on a delicious breakfast in the Świeradówka dining room.
Świeradówka looks down on Świeradów-Zdrój from above (but without any superiority, as every sensitive traveler with a keen eye for beauty is welcome here). And although it's a small spa town, we're far from any tourists who might want to visit. The descent into town will take you about 10 minutes. Up here, forest and tranquility reign supreme.
And once you're there, we recommend a walk on the Sky Walk. No one will be closer to it than you! From a height of 62 meters at the summit, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the romantic spa buildings and the surrounding nature. You can finish the trip with a descent down a 105-meter water slide.
Świeradów-Zdrój, as its name suggests, has healing properties. You can drink the water, which has a questionable taste but healing properties, admire the interior of the historic Spa House, boost your step count, and inhale radon, which has beneficial effects on the body. In Świeradów, you'll find it in the water, soil, and air.
What else is worth doing in the area:

- take a mud bath at the Bovine Treatment Facility, formerly known as Maria's Baths,

Along the way, you can find colorful treasures, amethysts, and rock crystals. The mine is located on the northeastern slope of the Izerskie Garby hill in the Jizera Mountains,
- watch a film about the Jizera Foothills at the cinema near the forest in Czerniawa, at the Natura 2000 "Izerska Łąka" Environmental Education Center, and visit the Jizera Orchard to see live video footage of the beehives,
- participate in a bread-baking workshop at Czarci Młyn below Jizerska Łąka.
We love children. We have five of our own, and whenever we travel, we look for places that will accommodate our entire family. That's why our apartments are spacious enough to accommodate a large family or two friends.
The villa grounds are fenced, and car traffic is prohibited, so children can play safely. Our children, wearing ski boots, head straight to the Bambino ski slope for beginners. There's also a ski school where, under the watchful eye of instructor Tomek, they can practice their first descents.
Our garden has a children's corner with two swings, a sandbox, and a trampoline.
We also recommend the family outdoor game "In the Footsteps of the Jizera Secrets," created by the Świeradów Culture Station. You can pick up the Jizera Secrets Explorers package at 1 Dworcowa Street.
We have internet access, allowing you to work on-site. Some apartments have desks, and all of them certainly have tables where you can sit with your laptop.
