In the beginning it was us - a group of four friends and a good wine. And on top of that, the dream of a romantic weekend outside the city, so that it doesn't take us three hours to get there. Subsequently, a 5-ton and 7-meter-long old siding appeared on the horizon, which we decided to renovate and use as the basis for our maringotka. That would be the brief beginning of the film called Cibéba. Then cut and...

The action begins in Rač. In the urban part of Bratislava surrounded by vineyards. Here, the winemaking tradition lives on to this day and you can enjoy it to the fullest. By working in the vineyard, stitching, tasting berries in their liquid form, demonstrations of the beekeeping craft... We met a lot of friendly souls and skilled local hands here, and we will connect you with exactly them. We will tell you what and where to make you fall in love with Rača and our Cibéba. And to the people who cultivate the traditional craft.

And at the end, another cut... This time you are in Cibéba, relaxing with a pleasant smile on your face. In addition, a loved one, a crackling fire in the stove, a view of the vineyards.

ECO MARINGOTKA IN RAČIANSKY VINEYARDS

We wanted our maringotka to be eco. So that its presence does not disturb the delicate ecosystem of the vineyards. And so we made it eco-friendly. It is made of wood, insulated with hemp fiber, so it does not harm insects, which are needed here. The sun helps us with energy through solar panels. If you want to take some PCs and phones to us, come with charged appliances so that you have enough power left for the light :) Or simply leave these devices at home. If you want, you can turn off our phones and put them away in a specially reserved place so that they don't disturb you.

Our maringotka is for two and we operate as follows:
- we don't have wifi
- you have to prepare (heat) the hot water for showering yourself
- heat up in the wood stove
- the stove is for a gas bomb
- we use natural cosmetics and cleaning products that do not burden nature with chemicals
- you enter Cibéba by stairs up to a height of 1.5 m without a handrail.

And even if you find some "buts", Cibéba still offers an ideal space for rest and relaxation :)

If you don't feel like cooking, thanks to the proximity, some food delivery will definitely reach you. And if that's not even the case, about 5 minutes on foot you have a great restaurant with a good beer and such insanely good food that you'll be bursting at the seams.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY IN RACH?

Rača is the last area of Bratislava, and the winemaking tradition lives on in it to this day. You can move around Rača by car, on foot, by public transport and by bicycle. During local festivals and wine tours, it is possible to use the local local transport Račanská local - a tourist train that runs on a route between open wine cellars and takes you to a tasting.
