At a glance
Nowica is a village said to be at the end of the world. There is something to it, because there is no bus here, there is no school, and everything new appears here last. Nowica is loved by nature-hungry city dwellers, and the couriers are cursed because it is difficult on every side. But once you get here, it's easy to fall in love. In space, colors, and the unhurried rhythm of life. Nowica draws you in, enchants you and does not let you forget about it. Our farm is located on its edge. We live slowly with children and animals on this Lemko land and share with you what is most precious to us - our home. Or rather, they are quick, because Stara Chata, to which we invite you, is a Lemko chyża with a piece of history. It was built in Przysłupia in the 1950s, but the previous owners put it together from two other old houses, so some of the beams may be up to 200 years old. After the renovation, the atmosphere was preserved and the necessary amenities were added. So you are clean, warm and comfortable. And besides, as is typical on a farm, there is work from morning to night. We are glad that at least you will get some rest!

Mikołaj i Jessi
We speak these languages: Polish, English, French, Spanish, German
We are on-site, we give our guests space and intimacy, but we're always ready to help
The story of Jessi and Mikołaj could serve as a script for a romantic comedy. He, raised in Przysłupie, once dreamed that one day an American princess would come to him with a backpack, they would fall in love, and they would live happily ever after. She was born in the United States but raised in Germany. She found her way to the Low Beskids following in the footsteps of her grandmother, who, as a young girl, planted the Magura forests. They met in Goosebumps, and shortly thereafter, she rode to him on a motorbike. He proposed to her, and she said she would marry him, but only with her chickens. And so, a henhouse was built in Przysłupie. Soon, a horse appeared, then another, children were born, along the way, they brought a herd of goats to their hill, and the happy little group grew. In their free time, they renovated the farm, and today it houses a true agritourism business. Mikołaj and Jessi feed their guests homemade bread and cheese, happy hens lay delicious eggs, hot "bezyrówki" (sweet sourdough rolls) emerge from the oven, and in season, you can enjoy homemade pizza with fresh mozzarella under the plum trees. Jessi will brew herbal tea, and Mikołaj will ask you not to throw a stick at Zenek. Zenek is their dog, and he doesn't bite good people. But all that doesn't matter, just sit down, gaze at the Tatra Mountains, and immerse yourself in the Lemko region. Because you are right there in its heart.
