To our clearing, located just 45 minutes from Warsaw, you will drive the last 100 meters through the forest. We have placed small lanterns there to guide you. They will lead you to a small hill from which two of our houses are clearly visible. There is no civilization anymore under the forest wall where they crouch, there is a refuge, because the surroundings give a sense of intimacy and respite. And all around there is a landscape to enjoy. In a nutshell, the situation is as follows: we have two houses in the package for you. For up to five duos, a large family, a group of friends and everyone who values peace and two kitchens. So that no one has to limit themselves. We like to say that cottages are compatible because you can treat them as multi-tasking spaces and then divide the bedrooms according to the pattern of getting up in the morning. You can hang out here, integrate, have breakfast that will turn into lunch, organize a movie in the evening or jump into the sauna and wander around the forest. In the past, residents of Warsaw and the surrounding area used to come to Świder on weekends to enjoy the charms of the twisted river. Today Świder went a bit wild. It is included in the Natura 2000 program and surrounded by nature reserves where you can take a walk along the marsh footbridges and observe beavers. And then come back here, where the forest roars and in the morning there is dew under your feet.
Right next to the forest wall, 45 minutes by car from the capital, we have built two compatible houses that we rent to you as a package. The larger one will be perfect for 6 people, the smaller one will be perfect for four. If you come to us in a larger group, you can divide them accordingly. At your disposal will be: 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, sauna and two large terraces (one is covered).
In concrete terms it looks like this. The larger house measures 70 m² and includes: a living room with a fireplace and a large panoramic window overlooking the forest, an open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. In front there is a large terrace with a pergola. In one bedroom there is a 160 cm wide bed (can be separated into 2 singles), in the second there is a 180 cm wide bed (also with the option of separating into 2 singles), and in the third there is a fold-out bed (can be 80 cm or 160 cm).
The smaller house is 50 m² and has a more recreational function. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a year-round sauna (we have bathrobes for you), a bathroom with a shower and a large covered terrace with a barbecue shelter and a fireplace in front.
Our area is large and green, and the surroundings are conducive to resetting our minds, but also to various activities. It will be good for groups of families and friends, and the layout we offer, i.e. two houses in a package, allows you to tailor accommodation to your needs.
The nearest neighbors are approximately 300 meters away.
Two houses are better than one, the same with cooking places. Each house has a space adapted to its size, fully equipped and functional, for preparing all kinds of meals. You can then enjoy them indoors or organize a feast on the terrace in the covered shelter. You can also organize a barbecue there.
House number 1 (i.e. the larger house) has a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything from forks to pots, glasses, shot glasses and corkscrews, etc., that may be useful for cooking. At your disposal will be: a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a espresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, an induction cooker, a toaster and sandwich makers.
In house number 2, which is smaller, the kitchenette is functional, but compared to house number 1, it does not have an oven or microwave. In the kitchen you will find: an induction cooker, a fridge, a capsule coffee machine, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster, a toaster and an electric grill.
SZUMI ROSA is hidden under the forest, just 45 minutes from Warsaw. Two houses for a group of 10 people are located in the Mińsk district, in the Siennica commune. Our plot is large and the area is full of paths that will appeal to walkers and bike enthusiasts. We can boast of the proximity of the Świder River, nature reserves, silence, unlimited access to nature and peace. On a large plot bordering a wall of trees and in the cozy interiors of houses, you will be able to:
– read books (your own or from our library) on the terrace,
– collect berries and mushrooms,
– warm yourself by the fire or in the warmth of the fireplace,
– play a series of board game battles (there are games for adults and children on site),
– organize home cinema screenings using a projector with access to Netflix and Prime Video,
– enjoy music from the gramophone.
In Dłużewo, two kilometers from us, there is the Open Air House of the Academy of Fine Arts, where students come from time to time to practice painting landscapes. We are not surprised at all, the area is exceptionally charming.
Nearby there is the Świder River (and the nature reserve bearing its name), where, in addition to taking summer baths, admiring the beauty of nature and beaver lodges, you can also take part in kayaking trips (we will be happy to share the contact details of the trip organizer).
For people who want a moment of water relaxation and regeneration in the bosom of nature, we offer the possibility of renting a mobile garden hot tub with a jacuzzi (here we will also share with you the contact details of the friendly owner of the hot tub).

– a paragliding school on the other side of the forest – you will be able not only to observe the flights of daredevils, but also to try your hand at this sport,
– numerous ponds with fishing opportunities.
For children we have: board games, no TVs and a huge area around the houses without any car traffic, but with the opportunity to spend the whole day outdoors. The youngest can: examine the structure of the nearby anthills, play football in the meadow and play in a huge, natural sandbox with yellow sand nearby (in the past, local residents extracted sand from this place for their farms, and now it is an area similar to small desert).
In the smaller house there is a bunk bed that children may like, we also leave you with books and board games.
In each of the houses you will find a comfortable living room, two terraces (with a pergola for good weather and a covered one for bad weather), and the Internet is enough to organize a meeting on Zoom or Teams. Additionally, there is peace, quiet and two steps to the forest, the view of which you can enjoy here, as well as go for a walk during a break from clicking. The working conditions here are truly excellent.
