My parents dreamed of a house in Switzerland. However, it was too far there, so they were tempted by Beskid Żywiecki. As a girl, I spent a lot of time in the house located in the Wojtatówka clearing. I remember the coolness of the morning after the wood had burned out in the fireplace and the need to carry out the ashes. Therefore, when the house came into my hands, I wanted to give it a new incarnation and put comfort first. We carried out the renovation remotely. Only the shape of the house remains, the interior has been completely transformed, even the windows are in different places and have a different shape. Mission: comfort, although it lasted longer than expected, it was a success and the first-class view from the window became unobstructed. It was for him that I reduced the size of the planned table (it couldn't cover it, after all), and the first piece of furniture I bought was a sofa. It stood in the warehouse for months, waiting for the moment when it would take a seat in front of the mountain hills and invite us to indulge in boredom there. Because boredom is beautiful here. Smelling of the forest, basking in the sun on the terrace and looking at the pasture below, where Scottish cows graze.
We have completely renovated a summer house from the 1990s and equipped it with modern comforts. We wanted you to be able to relax here in silence and in a warm, minimalist interior with fantastic views.
In the over 100-meter house, at your disposal are:
– two bedrooms (one with a double bed 160 cm wide, the other with a double bed 140 cm wide and a single bed 80 cm wide),
– a living room with a large, comfortable sofa on one side facing the view of the mountains and on the other side facing the TV,
– kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob and large fridge,
– terrace with a view of the mountains.
Our house in the Wojtatówka clearing in the Żywiec Landscape Park is located on the edge of the forest. There are fabulous views here, there is also peace and quiet, sometimes disturbed by the mooing of cows and the crowing of a rooster (fortunately after 8 am). A deer interested in your home garden may visit you.
You will be comfortable inside and we will understand if you don't want to leave them. Sometimes, looking at the greenery from the sofa and the mountains from the terrace is enough to be happy. Fast internet will allow you to catch up on your favorite series.
If you want, you can hit the trails from here. We have good access to Hala Boracza (make a stop at the shelter to taste blueberries) and from there through Polana Cukiernica to Hala Redykalna. You can also go to Hala Rysianka, Hala Lipowska, Wielka Racza, Zapolanka or Rycerzowa. On September 29, at Hala Boracza, there is an autumn redyk, i.e. the driving of sheep from the pastures. The Main Beskid Trail runs through the center of Żabnica on the section Węgierska Górka - Słowianka.
There are great trails in the area, both easy and more challenging. Examples: route through the Soła River valley, trip to Węgierska Górka, route to Hala Boracza (53 km); route to Lake Orava and further to Żywiec. There are many possibilities.
The Transbeskid horse trail also runs through the village.

What’s there for children?
Children love nature, and we have plenty of it here. Beski Żywiecki has streams, forests, pleasant routes, and animals that can be encountered during walks. Sometimes you don't need anything else.
What’s there for employees?
We have fast satellite internet and a work desk. If, instead of a place for a vacation, you are looking for a space for work, you will find it with us.
