The cottage is located in Kopalino, right next to the forest wall. The whole cottage smells like trees because the walls are made of wood as well as the furniture, the long table for breakfasts together, and the whole porch, like ones in Louisiana, which faces the pine forest.
We have a place here for a large family or two friendly families who like it to be quiet, ecological and safe for children. They like to take these children on their bikes, they want to go fishing, they don't need any seaside promenade, no souvenir stands, only a deep need for a forest, bike paths, peace, the sea and themselves. The cottage is located in a small housing estate of holiday homes. However, its location at the end of a street, right next to the wall of a pine forest, makes it an intimate place. There is everything you need on a small plot (500 m2). Well-kept garden, playground, woodshed with a supply of wood, covered bicycle shed and 2 parking spaces.
The cottage is wooden, entirely made of spruce wood. The wainscoting inside is painted with azure based on renewable raw materials: linseed oil, natural resin and beeswax.
The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults or 4 adults plus 4 children.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (one of them has a double bed, the other two single beds (with the option of folding into one double)).
On the ground floor:
- living room with a fireplace (goat), TV, large table, kitchen and a fold-out sofa if someone wants to fall asleep while watching a movie
- two bathrooms with heated floors (including one with a washing machine)
- the kitchen is equipped so that you can do everything.
People like to spend their time together on the veranda, drinking coffee with bare feet. Or inside, when there is a temptation to light the fireplace.
We give the house for exclusive use and we also do the same with the kitchen. It is technically and emotionally prepared to welcome allergy and gluten-free people who have to cook on their own. There is everything you usually need for this.

Your trip program may look like this:
- In the morning, barefoot, quietly, so as not to wake up the children, we go down the stairs and drink coffee, depending on the weather, on the veranda or by the fireplace in the living room. Both options are fantastic when the kids are still sleeping.
- Then breakfast - in the summer, necessarily on the veranda, because when the children eat, they run away to the playground.
- Then a trip to the beach - it's about 3.5 km from here, you can ride bikes.
- Beach, sun, sand, water...
Then there are returns, late dinners, the children go to bed, parents can whisper about their affairs.
It can also be different: coffee in the morning, then breakfast, and then a trip to the area. There's a lot to see here:

We recommend bicycle trips. The routes are easy for children and pleasant for parents.
