The amount of the reservation fee is 30% of the stay price.
The Guest pays the remaining amount for the stay by transfer to the Owner's bank account 06 1090 2590 0000 0001 5445 6578 no later than 48 hours before arrival. If the remaining amount is not paid, the Owner reserves the right not to issue the keys to the house. .
In the event of cancellation of the stay, the paid reservation fee is not refunded, just as in the case of shortening the period of stay by the Guest, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
Changing the reservation date by the Guest is possible only after consultation with the Owner, taking into account available places.
Pets are not allowed at Źródlana Apartamenty. In case of non-compliance with this point of these Regulations, the owner may terminate the contract with immediate effect and the amount for the unused period will not be refunded and demand compensation for damage caused by animals.
The owner reserves the right to change or reject the reservation in justified cases, e.g. due to an error in the reservation system, including overbooking, incorrect calculation of the stay price. If the owner withdraws from the reservation, the deposit will be immediately returned.
Accommodation and stay rules:
The hotel stays on the premises from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, and there is a night curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Persons who are not direct guests of the cottages are obliged to leave the facility by the time curfew begins.
Guests may report the extension of their stay by phone or e-mail.
The Guest may not lend or sublet the House to third parties.
The owner is not liable for damage caused by guests to third parties, as well as for the theft of luggage and personal items during their stay. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors.
Use of the houses:
One set of keys is issued for each Cottage. If the key to the Cottage is lost, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100.
Cottages B and C are suitable for no more than 6 people, and cottage D for a maximum of 5 people. If the number of people is exceeded, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the contract without having to refund the stay fee.
Smoking and frying fish are strictly prohibited in the cottages.
Any defects and failures should be immediately reported to the Owner.
Children and adolescents under 18 years of age remain under constant supervision of their legal guardians.
Guests staying in the Cottages must comply with occupational health and safety and fire safety regulations, and in particular it is prohibited to:
use devices powered by electricity or gas that are not part of the House equipment and may pose a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners (except chargers, RTV and computer power supplies),
bringing flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the House,
lighting a bonfire, barbecue and using open fire outside the designated area,
using and handling sports and pneumatic weapons (e.g. air guns),
using audio equipment during quiet hours.
The Guest may not make any repairs or changes to the House without the prior written consent of the Owner.
The Guest is obliged to immediately inform the Owner about the need to make repairs.
The Guest is obliged to keep the House tidy and to return the House in its original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving washed kitchen equipment and cleaning the occupied House, including the terrace and the adjacent area.
Guests can leave their cars in the parking lot next to the property. The area where cars are parked is not guarded. The owner is not responsible for damage or theft of cars.
If the Guest significantly violates the peace and/or welfare of the neighbors and does not comply with generally applicable norms of social coexistence, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay contract and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.
If, as a result of an offense against the night curfew in force from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., the Owner or a person delegated by the Owner will be forced to call the police for a justified reason. The owner has the right to terminate the contract immediately.
The owner is not responsible for temporary inconvenience caused by independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of water, electricity, television or Internet.
It is prohibited to organize any type of events. In such a case, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund for the unused stay.
