The first house was built by candlelight. They connected electricity only after 5 years of construction and 2 years after the first guests arrived. Well, Beskid Niski has always been on the outskirts of the world and remains so to this day. It is a unique land, full of dusty stories listened to over homemade bread, generously decorated with white cheese and your own currant jam. We have had the privilege of living there for 25 years. Those who came here as children managed to grow up and even start their own families. Many of them still come back to us to discover the world of the Lemkos, look at the meadows outside the window and build dams on the river. After all, you're never too old for that.
We warmly invite you to agritourism, where we meet at a common table, eat together, laugh and scratch the dogs' ears. We will be more than pleased if you would like to become part of our Beskid House.
We will welcome you in our three houses, which together form the Meadow House.
1) The Spring House - no pets allowed
On the ground floor of the Spring House, there's a spacious dining room where we share meals, a corner for making coffee or tea, and a large living room for relaxing. On warm days, we also invite you to the terrace. On the first floor, there are two comfortable rooms: the Meadow House and the Walnut House.
The house's name comes from a spring that unexpectedly burst during construction. Fortunately, the situation was brought under control, and the house is almost complete. Soon, we will expand the space with a second playroom with foosball, a board game table, a children's corner, a library, and a spacious room for yoga, Pilates, and other activities.
2) The Lackowa House - pets allowed
The Lackowa Cottage is located opposite the Old House, where we live. A separate entrance is hidden under a covered terrace, where every day we're more and more willing to stay a little longer than planned. There are two rooms: the Lackowa Room on the ground floor and the intimate Summer Room on the first floor.
3) Dom za Potokiem - and here with pets too
Situated in meadows 100 meters from the main buildings, Dom za Potokiem was built from old Lemko huts from Łabowa and Czyrna. In addition to its Beskid charm, it features a spacious living room with red sofas, a wide table for playing board games in the evenings, a quiet terrace for contemplating life, and a small kitchenette.

During the holidays and summer vacations, our guests are primarily families with children. During the off-season, families and couples alike come to visit.
We have two cats and two dogs in our home – Ciapek and Borek. Ciapek will respect your dogs' space, but Borek is still a puppy, so he can be a bit pushy.
It's no secret that a large portion of our guests visit us for our cuisine.
What our guests appreciate most at the Meadow House is the breakfast and dinner with dessert – included in the price of their stay. And although they are often initially intimidated by eating at a communal table, requests for tea or butter quickly become the beginning of new friendships and something more than just polite conversations about the weather. Because when you try Mrs. Krysia's bundz or the pampuchy with strawberry or mushroom sauce, the world suddenly becomes a nicer place :)
In our kitchen, we rely on local produce from our neighbors or from our own garden. Everything we make is simply homemade. And when you leave, you can take a piece of this home with you in a jar of currant jam, elderberry syrup, fresh bread, or cheese made with the finest Beskid milk.
We offer meat and, upon request, vegetarian cuisine.
You should know that the Low Beskids are a wild and uninhabited land. A true mecca for history buffs, hikers with a warm welcome, and families who dislike crowded attractions.
Every step is a step back in time, and every turn a promise of adventure! You can conquer Lackowa, the highest peak of the Low Beskids, or embark on the Wooden Architecture Trail to discover the gems of the Lemko region. The spa towns of Krynica Zdrój and Wysowa, with their many attractions, are also nearby. The ski slopes in Krynica and Tylicz are 15 km away.
We invite you to various workshops and meetings both on-site and nearby. With us, you can learn to make butter and oscypek cheese, and with our friends, you can make motanki dolls and wax tablets. In the rooms by the church, you'll discover the extraordinary world of bats. In fact, there are so many interesting things around that it's hard to list them all...
Remember, we're on-site, so over breakfast or dinner, feel free to ask what's worth seeing :)

Karolina and Ewa invite you to enjoy all kinds of massages – for deep relaxation, to stimulate circulation, a facial massage, a hot stone massage, or a Shea butter massage.
Around the House there are hectares of meadows, forests and fairy-tale streams waiting for little explorers. The natural playground is also created by a secret ravine, wooden houses and even... a small plane.
In the common room you will find books and games for both the young and old. Don't worry about children's chairs or extra beds for the little ones - everything is there. And when you want to hide away in a hammock for a while, your children will always find company to play with.
In summer and winter, together with the Society from the Low Beskids, we organize workshops for children and adults. During them, you will get to know the mysterious world of bats, learn how to make oscypek cheese, motanki dolls, kites or natural cosmetics.
Some of these attractions take place in the House in the Meadows, others in the immediate vicinity.
The nearby stud farm invites you to horseback riding and sleigh rides, and in summer also to an outdoor cinema.
Children up to 2 years of age stay with us for free. For those older than 6 years of age, we charge 50% of the price listed. Additional cot in the room - PLN 25/day.
The fact that several books, scripts and projects have already been created at Dom na Łąkach proves that we work well creatively. You can work in your room (most rooms have a table or desk), in the meadow, or in common living rooms, which are usually empty during the day when guests go to various attractions. We have GSM T-mobile and Orange coverage, and working WiFi. The Plus network hasn't reached us yet, which some people say is a plus :)
And after work, we will feed you tasty and good food, so that you can get up from the computer and go for a walk without any additional responsibilities.
