In a nutshell: we live in an old pastor's house in the very centre of Western Pomerania. In the buffer zone of the Iński Landscape Park, quite close to the lake and 45 minutes from the Kołobrzeg beach.

A person who loves people and what she does in life. Author of a cookbook about the culinary traditions of Western Pomerania and fairy tales for children with recipes. Somewhat a culinary detective, collecting mushrooms and wild plants in the forests, a cross between a witch and an alchemist, and generally a master chef. Currently, the owner of Dwór Tradycja in Bełczno, where, among other things, culinary workshops, events, meetings of friends, weekends with yoga and the festival Conspirators of Delights are organized. Guests come to us to eat. And we keep learning new flavours.
